I have a suggestion: for those who like to troll we can have badge that looks like troll face that goes next to the users name. That way people know that the user is a known troll and should not be trusted as much as a user without it.

Trolling is an infractable offense on PC, not something to get badges about.

Thats the point a badge would show people that they are a troll and thus would serve as a warning to others that they cause trouble. Maybe badge is a bad thing to call it - lets say it is a label or whatever you want to refer to it as.

If this is optional, everyone will be abusing it.

If it's not, it'll be a scarlet letter.

I don't see how much good a label would do here...

A good troll never makes it obvious that he/she is a troll...

If someone is so much a troll that they would need something plastered on them chances are they will become banned in the future thus there's really no point in something like that. That and we want to give things to good members not waste our time telling people about the bad members that won't last long anyways.

I think he means it'll be more like a registered sex offender, so you'll be labelled with it everywhere you go whether you're proud of it or not.

I understand the point, but again, chances are they will end up banned and so they wouldn't be posting around here anyways. And, sadly, the best we can do so other forums watch out for said troll is to warn them but that doesn't always work because people change usernames/identities all the time. In fact chances are they will change their username and such for the next forum they go to troll.
