Regsteel, why? it kills the other 2 in weaknesses. And has a cool UFO look =B.

Even though I do like Steel Pok?mon I have to agree with Kairi on this one. I don't really like Regirock so Regice is my pick.

Regice... dragon dancer killer too. It's terror.
Registeel got too many weakness, and doesn't have much good attacks (while Regice can get ice beam). Regirock is just completely screwed by its low sp.def and that most of its rock type weakness are special based.
