neve mind i found out so here it is
First, get a Wailord and Relicanth. Put the relicanth at front of your party (active pokemon)and
wailord at the back. Go to Pacifidlog Town and surf left. Go to the bottom currents and surf left.
Eventually, you will come to a dark patch of water 4 squares wide. Use dive there and surf down. You
will come to a sign with dots. That is visual braille. press B to go up, get out of the water, and
go forward. use dig on the craggly wall. A door will appear. Go inside and the game will say A door
opened somewhere.
Regirock:
Bottom of desert north of Mauville. Lv. 40.
How to open the door: Go read the sign in back of room. Go right twice, down twice, look north
without taking a step, and use strength.
Regice: Go to Dewford town. Go north to water, surf left as far as you can, then go north. You will
come to an Island with a cave. go inside. Read sign in back of room, wait until it goes away,
enter.
Registeel: Go west of lilycove. Go up flights of stairs. Find the same cave. Go to the center of the
room and use fly. the door will open.
