    How much people do you need to give rep to until you can give someone you've given rep to more rep? And why is less bad rep given if you give someone bad rep than if you gave them good rep?
     
    You might want to check the Rep FAQ for that. ^^
     
    What part of FAQ do people not understand? o_0;; Anyway, you have to give to 25 unique people b4 u can rep again...
