Rival/Team Rocket POV Stories?

Briefly, I'm new here. Hi everyone. :]

I've been looking through the ROM hacks on this site for any that might be from the POV of the Rival, from Fire Red/Leaf Green, etc. Is that even possible? I'm unfamiliar with most of this stuff, but having seen some ROMs that feature Team Rocket grunts as the main player, I figured it would seem so.
Has anyone already done that?

Also, from what I saw, there aren't many Team Rocket ROMs available to the public right now. Am I wrong? [I hope so.]
Any thoughts or recommendations on these?
I'm extremely interested in playing one.

Urr, they don't in this part. They do in other parts, but not this part.

But scripting, OW changing, and all the common hacking things will help you. Tutorials are your friend.
