Well, the title did say 3rd gen right there...but I can help with weezing's EV spread. You want lots, almost all of it in HP and defense, and the rest in attack, since you have sludge bomb. Rock Slide isn't good on metagross, as meteor mash with STAB soes the same as a supereffective hit. Explosion isn't good with CB, but...I dunno. I'd put in shadow ball for rock slide. Umbreon craves mean look to BP.
