Ice punch/Reflect/Fire punch/Trick
Substitute

Calm Mind and block pretty much all sp atks with sub. Then CM more and sweep... You could also use trick and trick a choice band to the opponent

Depends on u wether u want rest or not. Do u want it to sweep or stall... choose wisely

Pokemon Rocks America is also called JAA (Journey Across America) so it's a 2 vs. 2 battle, with ubers allowed. So , no, Armaldo fails against the likes of Kyogre, Groudon, and Mewtwo.
