Here's a team I've been working on for a while. Please give your comments and help me make it better. Thank you. ^^

    Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Roar
    - Slack Off
    - Stealth Rock

Hippowdon is my lead. With him, I can get my SandStorm up and running to slowly weaken my opponents and/or to negate other weather teams. He has his Stealth Rock to set up. Earthquake for a nice STAB move and Roar for hazing.

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Softboiled
    - Aromatherapy
    - Toxic
    - Seismic Toss

Blissey is here for supporting my team with her Wish and Heal Bell. Status Effects (especially Badly Poisoning) can kill of my team and sometimes, they need a bit of a heal. She has Protect to scout opponent's moves and to get a guaranteed Wish on herself. Toxic is for her to stall out the opponent.

    Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Spikes
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost
    - Brave Bird

I put Skarmory on my team to match up with Blissey in the SkarmBliss combo. If he is able, I would like him to set up as much Spikes as he can and then spam Whirlwind while using Roost when he needs it. I have Brave Bird there just in case he was Taunted.

    Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 220 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Toxic
    - Taunt

I use Jellicent as my Spin Blocker since I focused a lot of my beginning game on getting Stealth Rock and Spikes out there. Scald for a nice STAB move that can burn those evil steel enemies and Taunt to make sure my opponent doesn't use any moves that annoy me like Recover.

    Latias (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Recover
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Calm Mind

Latias is my special attacker while still being pretty bulky. After 2-3 Calm Minds, I use her to hopefully sweep. Dragon Pulse for her main STAB attack. and HP Fire to get rid of those annoying Ferrothorn, Forretress, etc.

    Scizor (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
    - Swords Dance
    - Roost

Bulky Scizor is my physical attacker. After 2-3 Sword Dances, I hope for her to sweep.Bullet Punch is amazing with its prio and STAB. Bug Bite for pokemon strong against Bullet Punch and Roost for healing.

Blissey is complete Taunt bait. It can't Wish and be a cleric at the same time because of crowded move slots. Replace Wish or Heal Bell with Flamethrower (for Steel Pokemon) or Seismic Toss (for more consistent damage). If you replace Wish, with one of those moves, then switch Protect for Softboiled.

Thanks for the advice. I decided to replace Wish with Seismic Toss and Protect for Softboiled. Her new move set looks like this now:

    -Seismic Toss
    -Softboiled
    -Heal Bell
    -Toxic

I've found Cursed Body on Jellicent much more useful that Water Absorb. Jellicent can take water attacks anyway and Cursed Body adds that troll factor that won me a bunch of games. You can take a hit, Recover, repeat until you disable the opponent's move (or they get a crit) which causes them to usually switch.

Maybe I'm just the only one that uses Cursed Body Jellicent..

OK, I'm assuming most of this team is OU?

PlatinumDude is right, with the moveset you have on Blissey she will be totally shut down by Taunt users.

Try this set for Blissey to make the most out of her:

    Bold nature
    Leftovers
    Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp. Def
    - Softboiled
    - Stealth Rock / Aromatherapy
    - Toxic
    - Flamethrower / Seismic Toss

This is one of the best sets on Blissey. Aromatherapy allows her to remove crippling status ailments on your team, Stealth Rock can damage opponents that switch in. Toxic allows you to residually damage the opponent, Softboiled for HP recovery. For your main offensive move, Flamethrower is good at stopping things weak to Fire in your tracks, like Scizor and Ferrothorn. Seismic Toss can be considered if you need to consistent damage. Make sure you go for a Bold nature, Leftovers and the EV spread above cos she needs all the Defense boost she needs.

If you do decide to keep Wish, try this set instead:

    Bold nature
    Leftovers
    Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp. Def
    - Wish
    - Softboiled / Protect
    - Toxic
    - Seismic Toss / Flamethrower

This set plays out similar to the above one, Protect will ensure you block the opponent's move that turn but don't use it too often. Wish got a massive upgrade in Gen V, it can help fully heal Pokemon that invest and don't invest in HP. Just like the other set, ensure she has a Bold nature, Leftovers and the EV spread shown.

I like your team, and Hippowddon is a great Tank. The only thing i will say is i have had some very bad experience with sand stream on a non weather based team. I would suggest chanching out Hippowdon or even better keep him and swap out a few others. Really you could make great use of the Sand Stream. Skarmory and Scizor are naturally unaffected. If you simply took out one poke and replaced it with Tyranitar who is also slightly bulky you would have two Sand Streamers as well as two that benefit from it and four out of six would be unhurt by it. Other Bulky pokes to consider would be Mamoswine, Heatran, or Metagross. Hope i helped.

Thanks for all the help on my Blissey. She's doing much better now.

That's a good point to consider. The team was originally a Hippowdon, Blissey, Skarmory, Jellicent, Ferrothorn, and Cradily. Then people told me to take out my Cradily for a Gliscor since I was weak to fire. Then a bunch of other people told me to take out my Ferrothorn and Gliscor for a Latias and Scizor because I needed more attacking power for late game.

Now I'm starting to question my team's set up. OTL
