I've kinda grown to hate this team because of how close each time I get to getting it right, but I never can >.> Before you yap at me for putting in Zapdos, it's for NP Togekiss who swept my other teams.

I'm kinda tired of going to the drawing board every weakend, so hopefully I got it right this time >.>

Anyways, after skimming over it, I don't see any weaknesses, but I'm sure there are some so go ahead and point them out.

    Tentacruel @ Leftovers
    Trait: Liquid Ooze
    EVs: 204 HP / 36 Spd / 96 SAtk / 172 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf
    - Toxic Spikes

Much-needed utility and MixMence/Mixape counter. Stops subseeders and crap.

    Hippowdon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang
    - Slack Off
    - Stealth Rock

Physical wall >.> SS and SR provided here.

    Spiritomb @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/96 Def/160 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Calm Mind
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]
    - Rest
    - Pursuit

Counters special attackers Snorlax doesn't. Pursuit is so CMers don't laugh at Shadow Ball, like Missy.

    Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Roar
    - Roost
    - Thunderbolt
    - Toxic

Kinda interesting set that's still more of an experiment, but so far it's actually done well. It can PHaze a lot of BPers most PHazers can't, like Togekiss and Zapdos (thogh I take a heavy hit in the process).

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Body Slam
    - Earthquake
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    Special Wall, obviously. Heatran...lol

    Jirachi @ Leftovers
    Trait: Serene Grace
    EVs: 240 HP / 56 Atk / 76 Def / 136 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Zen Headbutt
    - U-Turn
    - Wish
    - Reflect

I'm no fan of physical Jirachi, but Blissey stones my team and Tentacruel and occasionally Hippowdon need Wish support...and Reflect is pretty necessary with only one physical wall. I'll probably switch up the EVs due to a lack of physical walling to make it better at taking hits.

EDIT: Forget it. Tentacruel is just useless and miserably pathetic, and this team has fallen apart. While good on paper, it crumbles in battles so don't respond. I'll have a new team soon.

I know you want us to wait, but I think you need to know something before dropping Tentacruel.

Tentacruel really needs a bulkier build. I am running [252 HP/252 SDef] at the moment and it takes hits decently. Its really not worth taking off so many HP EVs for Max lefties recovery, unless the wall is mixed and you can make it up in defences. Also, he gets eaten alive by most leads (Chomp, Gengar), so I hope he's not meant to be your lead.

Another thing to consider is to fit in Giga Drain. It hits swampert and other bulky waters, as well as providing some extra healing.

Just try changing things before scrapping him...

I have to agree with Archer, just change up a few things and keep trying him out. Tentacruel is definately NOT useless, he just doesn't fare all that well in the OU environment.

But this is an OU Team. He's fine if used in combo with resisting types.

If he doesn't fair well in the OU environment, is there any point in using it?

And BTW, I have run that spread with a few SAtk EVs (not many, but I don't remember the exact amount). No EV spread can help it, as it has failed me countless times, while my replacement (Cresselia) has done way way better. Tentacruel is just a worse Cresselia that isn't weak to Pursuit (though it's electric and ground weaks hurt it more than Pursuit hurts Cress IMO) and can Toxic Spike the field (and that's easy to beat anyways). It can't even Rapid Spin that well.

I always used to wonder why nobody used Tentacruel in OUs (since on paper it looks great), but now I know why. It isn't near as good as people say it is. It's just a UU that is okay in OUs...not terrible, but not all that great either. That's my opinion at least.

My new stall team has lost 2 games so far out of a pretty fair amount of games (I kinda lost track). I'm currently working on improving it, so once that's done, I don't really seeany huge weaknesses.

As opposed to your point of view, I've utilized Tentacruel with utmost success in OU. Though my prefered set differs from yours, Tentacruel is a great utility tank that can offer myriad support options. Though, enough of that. Cresselia should go over it if you've used it with greater success.

Just Rest on Spiritomb means; SD Luke/SD Garchomp/CM Missy etc can set up on poor sleeping Tomb. Ditch something for Sleep Talk or abandon Rest all together.

SD Garchomp sets up on Spiritomb anyways...

As for the other two, SD Lucario I can see being a problem, but CM Missy really...isn't. I might go Pain Split/Sucker Punch over Rest/Sleep Talk, but without a Rapid Spinner, I don't like the idea of being in trouble against Toxic Spikes.

Either way, I might as well update this since it's alive for some reason. Just don't expect it anytime soon, as I have a 100-line poem to memorize at the moment. Joy.

And about Tentacruel, I probably expected too much from it and relied on it too much...but the jobs people said it does well it just...didn't do well in. But yeah, lol. Cresselia is in its place.

I really am not much of a fan of DP battling anymore, since I (like usual) get tired of it after a week and just flee back to Netbattle (where I've been getting destroyed, might I add).

I'll stop rambling now and wend this post, but uh...yeah >.>
