    On some pokemon you have bad natures. Some some pokemon that have good natures but now the best.
     
    More than half your team is weak to Ground. People run Earthquake like crazy, so this is not a good weakness for your team to have.
     
    I'm thinking or considering these pokemon on my party to replace heatran

    Dusknoir
    Miltank
    Polygon Z
    Primape
    Hitmonchan

    Dusknoir helps as it could be a good wall.
     
    I recommend Cresselia as a good wall, high defensive and HP stats. You really need a decent wall for your team.

    Heatran is fine. Above average defense stats with an awesome SP. ATK. Heat Wave over Magma storm though. Enigma Berry to cover up that ground weakness. Flashcannon over Iron Head. Don't abuse that Attack stat.

    3 electric attacks on Jolteon is not good. Go with Bleach and Sunshine's Jolteon.

    As for Metagross, Explosion or Agility will do nicely.

    Tyranitar needs Avalanche and Payback
     
    I don't want or need a legendary because im replacing heatran with a non-legendary pokemon to suit my team
