3rd Gen ruby clock fix

    I tried the visual boy advance real time clock.. nothing
    I also tried the patch provided and still nothing..
    i cannot seem to get time to flow normally..
    i started many new games, and set the clocl to like 2 am and still havent achieved nighttime
    any ideas?
     
    I do know , I've had this prob. before.... 'wish I remebered how to fix it..
