Sadness of Land and Sea
Note: my first story
Thousands of years ago, a powerful Pokemon named Groundon was saddened "Kyogre and his minions (sea Pokemon) Brings torrential floods that destroyed my Pokemon's villages and communities." I must call upon an army of the Beasts of land (Pokemon living on the ground and volcanoes) to destroy the ones that brought so much sorrow to my land.
Elsewhere at the sea a powerful Pokemon named Kyogre was also saddened "Every day I hear crying of thirst, for the reason that Groundon brings drought to his land preventing crops to grow I try to help by fetching life saving water to the barren land, but unfortunately it isn't enough." So I shall call on the graceful Creatures of the sea (sea Pokemon) so I can eradicate the dry enemy.
Groundon easily created an army much quicker then kyogre, so he made the first strike by sending a small force of Charizard to attack the sea Pokemon, by using flamethrower and over heat. Many of Kyogre's Pokemon where KO'd. Groundon was obviously satisfied of this small victory.
After hearing the news Kyogre was fuming mad. Luckily Kyogre just finished his army, so He had a chance for revenge. Kyogre sent a force, much larger then what Groundon sent him, of Blastoise and Swampert. Blastoise used hydro cannon, while Swampert used surf, resulting in many, many KO's.
Groundon was FURIOUS at Kyogre's ridiculous retaliation. That he personally gone to the beach, and using Eruption he KO'd every Pokemon 1 mile off the coast. Much sea Pokemon Where so sad that they made Kyogre call another attack 10x the damage Groundon did to them, although Kyogre didn't know how to get that kind of force.
Kyogre new there was only one way to attack with results, so he called Lugia and said to him "My most trusted ally, Groundon has caused such grief to my Pokemon. You shall fly and eradicate the beasts of land, so that my creatures of the sea may prevail over the dry enemy." Lugia responded "Kyogre my most trusted alley, I shall fly and eradicate the beasts of land, for they have caused grief to the Pokemon of the sea, as you and the majestic Pokemon command, I shall bring dread to our dry enemy." With that he flew up and started to KO and seriously harmed thousands of land Pokemon.
Groundon didn't take this lightly, he called Ho-oh and said "My friend, the beast of the sea is annihilating my Pokemon, shall he regret this attack". Ho-oh simply responded "I shall make Lugia cry". Ho-oh flew to Lugia with the passion of hatred in his eyes as soon as he seen him he said "Why do you hate us so much" hearing that the land Pokemon below Lugia started attacking the beast of the sea, so he fallen into the sea, barely alive.
Both Kyogre and Groundon, along with there entire armies met at the shore, and before long a massive battle was taking place. In a violent 2 days of carnage only Kyogre and Groundon was left. "Let us finish this in the cave of Origin." Soon both of these beasts went to the soon to be Sootopolis city. Kyogre started with surf while Groundon used earthquake seriously damaging both of them next Groundon used Eruption While Kyogre used Waterspout (their signature moves). Both beasts are now barely alive after hours of battling. So they both decided to finish them off, Right before Kyogre used Sheer cold and Groundon used Fissure Rayquaza came in asking "my brothers, what evil has demolished your purpose of peace and balance. With that Rayquaza's line thing glowed as well as Kyogre's and Groundon, and soon both Pokemon went to sleep thanks to Rayquaza. After this, peace was resurrected between the land and sea. Some say the crystals in the cave of Origen, contains the dreams of the 2 beasts during this sleep. The end
