can someone please tell the easiest way to capture chansey, tauros, and kangaskhan because they always flee. oh yeah, did anyone get deoxys through the pokemon event?

The best thing to do is usually throw food, then a ball, then food, then ball. Keep repeating that order until it runs or gets captured.
As for your second question, I have a Deoxys from the PCNY giveaway

Honestly, I think just blindly throwing pokeballs and hoping for the best is probably the best way. Food renders them almost impossible to catch, and Chansey in particular is likely to flee regardless...so just toss as many balls as you can.

There were a lot of people who went that pokemon event. My friend from Serebii who lives in NYC got the Mystic Ticket. The lucky B****** is so happy.

I obviously have a very novel way of catching pokemon in the Safari Zone!

I throw rocks. I've found that if you've got a good chance of catching a pokemon there, it'll still be around after you've thrown three rocks at it. So, if I've thrown three rocks and its' still about, I begin throwing balls. This method is far from 100% guaranteed, but at least it saves on balls, rather than waste them only to watch in frustration as the pokemon runs off. A fourth rock is pointless: I've not come across the pokemon yet willing to stay around after being bombarded by four!

I mostly never go in the Safarie Zone. If I run into a Shiyn there, I will get mad and throw my GBA into a wall cause I did not catch it, litterally, I will.

I have a shiny chansey, adamant nature, now in my Emerald cartridge XD
