I'm pretty good at banners. I have 3 different backgrounds to choose from, ice, stars, and flames. Here they are.

Also, I have 3 different text designs to choose from: (Note: The text is only an example.) Fire, Glowing Ice, and Starburst. Here they are.

And finally, the rules:
1. Please provide the image for your banner.
2. Do not beg.
3. I will post your banner on this thread when it's finished. Do not ask me to PM it to you.
Last but not least, the form you must fill out:
Text: (Please tell me where you want your text to be placed at on the banner)
Banner Backgorund: (Type fire, ice, or stars)
Text Design: (Type flames, glowing ice, or starburst)
Image: (You must provide the image)
Image 2: (optional)
Image 3: (optional)
Anything else: (optional)
Is everything clear? Okay, let the requests flow in!
