Sceptile movesets

This is the standard 'SubSeedStalling' Sceptile, or SSS Sceptile for short.
I guess this should help.

I was in love with the first Scepty moveset, with HP Ice myself. Then I fell in love with teh more Advanced Stalling Scepty:
-Substitute
-Protect
-Leech Seed
-Leaf Blade

Fast speed makes it a great pokemon to get leech seed off, and allows it to put up subs faster than most stallers. Then When push comes to shove you can sub down to Overgrow level and inflict some nice(if not decent) damage with Leaf Blade. Not having Hp ice hurts a bit though, but its worth it, as you can always switch to an ice beamer/puncher.

Crunch and leech seed is an illegal moveset? How can they ban movesets?
And why Crunch and Leech Seed?
It is just a drain attack and a spec attack. Why not Psychic and Leech Seed?

Crunch and Leech Seed are egg moves, and you can't breed both of them at the same time on to Sceptile. That's what an 'illegal' moveset means.

That is the worst spectile MS I have ever seen.

Anyways, just use SSS but without HPs and use Ice/Thunder punch

Oh okay. Because no other Pokemon can learn Crunch and Leech Seed, Sceptile cannot either because they both need to be on the male.

Nintendo needs to change that for Diamond/Pearl.
