If it werent't for those fighting moves Umbreon would be a very sturdy wall. With max defense you should be at 350 which is pretty awesome.

Itachi I dont know why Umbreon has actualy damaging attacks but she is more of a support Pokemon. Umbreon can only kill with Toxic.

-Baton Pass
-Mean Look/
-Toxic/Taunt/Confuse Ray/Yawn

Umbreon is so slow its a good thing. After she uses Wish and then Baton Pass she usually goes second allowing her to take the hit and healing the incoming Pokemon that wouldnt be able to take it.

She is also a good trapper. Blissey got you down? Well Mean Look and Baton Pass to a Pokemon that can counter it.
