    Okay, this is really weird.

I borrowed my friend's Emerald and I wsa going into the cave where you battle Stephen. I caught 2 bagons to trade one to the guy in Pacifidlog for a Horsea. He nicknamed it Seasor(now maybe some batteler will think I have a Scizor:P) and it was lv. 30. When I looked at it's coolness/beuaty/smartness/cuteness/toughness, I said WHOA!!! It had only eaten 1 pokeblock and it had like more than halfway full on EVERY ONE. It had almost maxed out coolness, beuaty, and the others. I fed it 10 other pokeblocks and almost maxed out everything. Is that normal??? Do in game traded pokemon have that normally????

Good question cause I usually just ignore those people cause most of they time they offer nothing useful to me. But I'd be interested in finding out the answer to this also...

In-game traded pokémon do have all their stats bigger than caught ones, so they are better to use in contests, you ^_^
You can trade with any of the people in-game, all will be the same.

woah....... peeps might think you have a hack. be wary.
