This is more code involved than simpleness. You need to use a code to find out your Secret ID.

Anything that's in a game isn't a secret. Ever.

What about the pokemon ID in ruby/sapphire that made you able to go to mirage island? Are was there a way to find that out?

Thats completely random. You cant tell what it is going to be. For that matter, its not even ID that you need. Its the pokemon number.

People say it's a lot of things. IV values, Gender Break Point Value, and so on. I don't really care what it is since I get there using codes anyways.

I got there on my own, Mirage Island but I definetly didnt think it was very cool. I hate Wobbufet and I hate his unevolved. Waste of precious shiny searching hours

Mirage Island number is just a certain number given a Pokemon when you catch it - males and females have specific numbers. Match it with the Island's number, and bingo! You're off XD Secret ID will probably involve the numbers which don't actually have any meaning on stats or something, but are actually still there. Since there are about 32 DVs, with only 10 coming into battling.
