Secrets Of Darkness- Chapter one: Major Arcana

    PG-15

    Proluge

It is said, that in the world lies a fabled book that tells thy reader of the darkest secrets in mankind.
This book is thought to be but a myth or an old legend, but what we don't know is going to be our downfall, our Apocalypse.

It's the modern and carefree year of 2004, A cold February day in Johto, Blackthorn city to be exact. We see a group of teenage boys walking about near the icy caves, " Hey Dillon, I dare you to go into the closed off cavern" A boy in a red shirt says to a another boy in a polo pointing to a small cave with boards closing it off. " Can't, it's closed off" Dillon frowns pointing at the boards blockading the dark cavern. The red shirted boy smirks and with swift agility kicks the rotting boards down with a thud into the snow on the ground. Dillon smiles nervously and moves into the cavern watching his step as he goes in.

Dillon starts to see a light up ahead and starts to go faster, as if he is driven by the light. He starts to feel like he never has, the feeling is like... like... An intense sensation of happiness and power. Dillon is now going even faster not even caring he is being scratched up from the sharp ceiling and walls, he just wants the light. Thats all that matters! Just get the light! He thinks to himself. And then he finally reaches it, and he can't see what is shedding this incredible malevolent array of light. Dillon looks down on the ground to see some moldy, ratty piece of paper, No not paper, papyrus! How old is this? He thinks to himself trying to read the sodden paper.

Firmado, Marcus, Trinidad, Leon y Se elevó

" It's in Spanish?" Dillon wondered to himself as he looked around the room for more to add to the paper he had found and then he saw the source of the majestic light and as if he were under a spell he shuffled slowly to the wall where the light was coming from, a wall. Dillon saw the crack where the light came out and felt compelled to smash it, he picked up a large rock and proceeded to smash it, he picked up a large rock and proceeded to smash it up against the wall. When the wall had been broken up effectively he moved on to grabbing the blood soaked cloth covered package. He cradled the package in his arms as if he were holding a baby and started to run out of the cavern to the outside.

Dillon started to feel the power consume him as he slowed down and fell on his knees, he started to breathe heavily and smile manically. " It's mine... all mine" He muttered to himself holding the bloody package to his chest, he started to unravel the cloth feeling better and better until the cloth was gone and a black book was left in it's place. Dillon tried to open the book only to be shocked, " what in the hell?" Dillon yelled angrily. He noticed the white lock on the book and scowled, and then a thought randomly came to him Blood acts as the key. Dillon smiled as he pulled out a small hunting knife from his pocket and started to slash at his arms, blood started to fall out of the wound and fall out on to the book. With every drop of blood the lock started to dissolve slowly, the lock fully dissolved and Dillon picked up the book quickly ignoring the wounds on his arm. More light poured out of the book as it opened, Dillon flipped a few pages until he came across a page with the words Capítulo un the top with the words Arcana Principal below it, Dillon sighed and started to touch the words. The word started to turn into English, it now read; Chapter one: Major Arcana.

Dillon smiled and started to read... and read... and read.

    Two hours later

Dillon walked out of the cavern to see his friends looking bored, Dillon smiled as the red shirt from the beginning came up to him. " Where the hell you been?!" The red shirt yelled shaking Dillon. Dillon kept his smile and swiftly threw his arm through the red shirts chest going out his back. " Oh nowhere.." Dillon mumbled retracting his now blood drenched arm from his old friends chest, the red shirt gasped and fell to the ground the snow starting to turn red as he died horribly. Dillon turned to his other friends and pulled out a majestic sword, he ran at a Mach speed cutting through his friends like butter and leaving them in pieces. Dillon ran off.

It's been three years since that day and Dillon has managed to enslave the earth from his newly created castle, He has summoned the Major Arcana and become ruler of all humanity, But there are some people hoping to rebel, hoping to destroy the Major Arcana and Dillon, And I'm one of them.

So Now it's 2007, An ice cold November day and it seems to be that all hope is lost, maybe that's true and maybe it isn't, only time will tell so lets get on with our story.

    Chapter One: The Beginning

Pallet Town, Rebellion Base. November 12th 2007

AJ looked around the large conference room, And to tell you the truth it was pretty Damn empty and that sure as hell didn't bring much comfort to AJ's mind considering they would need all the world had to offer them to win this war. He sighed and decided to go check the armory and make sure everything was running smoothly, " Hello AJ! Finished the Desert Eagle Project yet?" Asked a tall man in an oil stained shirt, his face was real rugid with facial hair and more grease. " Not going so well, the parts are hard to come by and when I get them it's a little hard to know the anatomy of the gun without completely taking it apart so I might be winging it for a while." AJ replied trying to act calm but it came out a bit frustrated.

" That's to bad, with that kinda firepower... We could blow a Major Arcana demon to pieces." The tall man said to AJ.
" Yeah, starting with the one located here in Pallet. The Fool." AJ said with a scowl plastered to his face.
" Don't worry 'bout it really, We completed the map of the Major Arcana Overlords." The tall man said smiling broadly and gesturing AJ over to a table. " Oh really now..." AJ muttered sitting down next to Barry. " Yep, The fool is here in Pallet, The Magician is in Viridian..." Barry started pointing at the map. " Yeah..yeah... Let me stop you right there. Your Forgetting that Dillon's been creating extra warriors, not as strong as the Major Arcana, but still mighty powerful compared to a regular human." AJ explained to Barry, " I'm gonna go check on that Desert Eagle project we were talking about" AJ mumbled walking across the room and picking up a bland gray box from inside a safe, it was heavy. He slowly opened the box and took an object out of it, Latest Project, create a desert eagle that will shoot the traditional .50 round, not AE. AJ thought to himself as he took out the large handgun, the gun would have to be bolt action to work correctly. AJ sighed and put his latest project back in the gray box, he put it back in the security case and locked it up tight. " With that... We would be able to kill the Arcana so much easier." The Hispanic muttered to himself.

" Don't get your hopes up." Said Barry from across the room, he was holding a large wrench that seemed to shimmer in the light.
" Why not?" AJ challenged changing his expression from a frown to a smirky grin, seemed to be filled with lots of sass.
" We're not ready to storm the first place, to kill The Fool." Barry said sitting down in a wooden chair.
" We're already near Pallet, we sneak in real easy and blow the Damn things head off." AJ sighed pulling his beretta from it's holster, " We could load up and go right now, Sneak in and Boom!" AJ smiled making a motion with his gun.

" Well no one's ready yet, The Fool's supposed to have a power anyway, all the Arcana do." Barry said getting up and shuffling to a cabinet. " Have a page from the Book Of Light copied in here about them, Just hold On." He said to the blue eyed Hispanic.

" Ahh! Here we go." Said the Bulky man opening a file, " Read it and Weep."

Major Arcana- Number Zero- The Fool.

The Fool is to be the weakest of the Major Arcana, yet it is the beginning of all ends and the first step to the journey of a thousand miles. The Fool can call upon it's followers with a shriek and has the ability to make a person have temporary Amnesia, The Fool's weak Point is usually quite obvious, The rose it will always in battle hold. Without the Rose The Fool cannot Regenerate and can thereby be killed traditionally. The Fool is to carry a large wooden pole that he can thrust through a man, beware his keen agility and his ability to control wolves.

AJ Sighed at the page and decided that this was gonna be hell of a lot harder then originally thought, " time to prepare anyhow" He said to Barry starting to walk off.

Blackthorn city, Arcana Castle, November 12th 2007

Reporting to the armory wasn't fun. First you needed to show your ID and your pokenav. Then they presented you with a few hundred choices. Cain only chose two weapons. A Desert Eagle and a Skorpion. But this time he took out a special order. A few weeks before Cain ordered a special type of knife. They called it a Vibroblade. Since he was thought of highly by many people in Arcana he was able to gain one. It was special technology that was barely tested. The armory officer gave him a package and asked him to sign a clipboard. Then he went towards the Torso protection part of the armory. There he gained a Flackjacket to place underneath his t-shirt. Then he went towards the Pokemon exhibit.

    finally my favorite part.

Cain went towards there and found it. Here sort of a daycare for Pokemon. But this was only if the trainer was busy on other matters. Cain had always missed his Pokemon when he had to leave them. He picked up a pokeball that contained his Blaziken and another that contained his Alakazam and placed them at his belt.

Well I hope this mission will go better then the last.

Right when he was about to leave the armory he was stopped by a patrol officer

"Sorry Cain you have to report to briefing. You have a new assignment."

Cain was astonished so he replied "Really, well I hope there is some combat involved since I'm already armed."

The patrol officer replied "Oh yes. This one is going to be tricky. Its supposed to be from Dillon himself. You were handpicked for this mission."

Then Cain felt very proud for this special opportunity and said "Okay I'm on my way"

Cain walked through the halls of the Castle. He was occasionally checking his clips and putting them back into his pockets or his jacket. His Desert Eagle he reloaded a few times with the same clips and he practiced firing with his Skorpian a few times

Saves the trouble of having to do all this in a targeting range

Cain finally made it to the throne room. This was Cain's least favorite place in the entire complex. This was where he would be briefed every week for his highly destructive and dangerous mission. Then after he passed it by blowing some rebel base he would be debriefed.

Cain walked into the throne room. Dillon was sitting at his throne at the far side of the room. Cain walked over to the throne and asked him

"So you have a new mission for me?"

Dillon looked as if he had just woken up. He rose from his throne. He eyed Cain suspiciously and said

"Yes. I need you to do another stealth mission. There is a rebel base near Viridian city. It has recently been converted from an Arcana base we made fully operational 5 months ago. I need you to infiltrate the base and get into the control room. There you must be able to find a technition who will upload all the Arcana data that they haven't yet encoded to this disk."

Dillon flashed a small zip disk. It was blue in color and was see through.

"Don't hesitate to eliminate any forces you encounter. Understood?"

Cain took out his desert eagle from his inside pocket and cocked it, smiling as he heard the sound of the hammer pulling back and the bullet moving into the chamber of the gun.

    "Understood."

Cain walked out of the throne room and went back to the armory. There he signed out a 2 way headset. He needed to be monitored every step of the way for a stealth mission, it was Dillon's way of saying he didn't exactly trust Cain to be silent.

    Pallet Town, November 12th 2007.

Keep up, Tyre!" Kyo snapped in an impatient voice.

The large Flygon let out a growl, beating his small wings twice as much as he usually would to keep up with his trainer. She wasn't normally like this, but things were different today for some reason. For one thing, they had nearly been killed. The hotel they had stayed in the night before had collapsed. Fortunately they had been on one of the top floors and had managed to fly away virtually unharmed. However, Ryo's bike had been damaged and that was something that made her very mad.

They had been traveling for about two hours at top speed. Ryo had it easy, her bike needing only sufficient fuel to keep going. Tyre, on the other hand, needed energy and he wasn't used to flying so fast for so long. Good training, but difficult to manage.

'Why don't you slow down for a bit? It won't kill you?'

The girl didn't answer, just tightened her grip on the throttle. She didn't plan to slow down until her bike ran out of gas. They were on their way to investigate a place that supposedly belonged to a group of rebels fighting against the Arcana. If it was true, she planned to hook up with the group for a while. They might have useful information that could help her in her fight, and, if they were strong, they'd be valuable allies.

A town soon became visible and Tyre used it as an excuse for some rest. He insisted Ryo fill up her bike as she hadn't put any gas in it for ages. Going into town would also force her to slow down and possible return him to his Pokeball so he could rest.

Finally the girl relented, speeding into the town but easing up on the throttle at long last. She looked around, her eyes catching sight of a sign with the town's name on it. "I think this is where the base is supposed to be located," she said quietly, scanning the area with her red eyes.

    'Good,' said a relieved Tyre.

    Near Mt. Moon

Jason looked out the back of the truck he had snuck into. He could see mountains passing by the rusted red truck. He looked front into the drivers seat and saw a hooded man, A cultist, who apparently didn't know he was there in the back of the truck. He got out piano wire and wrapped it around the now surprised man's neck. He tightened and pulled on it until it cut into the man's gentle throat, cutting off the windpipe and choked him to death. The truck went out of control and swerved onto a guard rail, Jason got out and he freed all of the people who were about to become experiments for Dillon's sick experimentation.

He got into the driver's seat and pushed out the now dead man out the seat and onto the cold pavement below and gained control over the truck. He stopped the truck shortly after hearing sirens and gave out a shout. "Okay! Everyone get out! The rest of those guys will come by any second now! Hurry!" He yelled to the scared yet happy people. They got out and went into the mountainous area for shelter. Jason at last got out of the truck when the enemy helicopter finally showed up. "Put your hands up or else we'll bring you down by force!" The man shouted through the speaker of the helicopter. Jason then gave out a sigh as he pulled out his windslicer. He shot at the copter's blades and got a direct hit. The helicopter then spiraled to the ground as the people inside jumped out.

"Ah , still wanna play? Be my guest!" Jason said as he was surrounded by men with AK-47s. He drew his katana out as he disappeared into the shadows. The armed men were confused as one of them cried with a blood gurgling tone. Another lost his hand as Jason re-appeared. "You still wanna mess with me? Come and get me!" He yelled as the armed people shot at him. He dodged every single bullet and shot a pulse wave out of the katana , killing almost half of the people he was fighting. And then... and then... Nothing but an obnoxious beeping sound.

" Just a dream..." Jason muttered getting out of bed and getting dressed he jumped onto his bed and sighed. More people were killed. If it weren't for Dillon , nobody would die... he thought as he closed his eyes for a few minutes. he got back up and went outside for some fresh air. he went to the targeting range just in front of the base. he took out the windslicer he had specially created and shot at the targets. "Focus....Focuussss......" he shot three times at the targets and all of them hit dead on. The shots sliced through the red dot and made a sound that sounded like a banshee's shriek.

"Hmph , better than yesterday. Seems I'm improving on my shots a bit." he said to himself as he walked back into the base. he heard a shudder on the roof and brought out the Windslicer again. he shot at the gutter and it fell into a heap on the ground. Someone was in it. he dug the person out and found it to be no other than Rocky the clumsy rebel. "What the hell are you doing here? Trying to copy my movements and techniques again aren't you?" he yelled angrily at Rocky. "N-n-no sir! I just came to tell you that you have a new mission!" He replied. Jason didn't believe one word of it. "What is it then?" he asked him with a squint. He handed Jason a note and told him the mission. "The commander wants cookies , Jason.... Heheh..." Rocky said to Jason. Jason looked at Rocky , who is a compulsive eater.

"Lier! You just want cookies all to yourself!!! You fat pig!!!!!" he said as he puched him onto the ground. He had a dizzy look on his face as Jason went inside. Jason felt a strange presence and he went back outside. "Somebody is coming...." he muttered to himself.

Blackthorn city, Arcana tower, November 12th 2007

"There it is..." Sol said with a smile on his face. {I love these freaking stealing and sneaking missions...} the Raichu replied. Indeed, Raph was good in sneaking into places, but this one was different. He felt the cold fresh air of the morning and the fog hadn't gone away yet. {Don´t get into dangerous situations again...} a female Pokémon voice said. The Nidorina knew well about her friend. {c'mon Rina, this will be easy! We just get in and grab the plans...} "Be still now... I'll try to get clear about the situation down there..." Sol interrupted. Their mission was to get into the small less guarded rebel warehouse. Dillon had gotten information about that there could be plans of the rebellion in one of two warehouses. The last mission was a failure because some bad people didn't find any plans. Now it was up to Sol and his team to get the plans for Dillon. Finally this was perhaps the last mission he was alone with his team. Dillon seemed to plan that he would join forces with another team, including a trainer with his Pokemon.

"I don´t want another team in the group..." he said to himself. He got used to be alone with his friends, and he couldn't think of being more than this. "OK, Raph get ready. Rina get into position..." {Got it...} both replied and left the hiding place. Once again Sol looked into his binoculars. The situation was clear. After the moment the guard made his round around the warehouse, Rina would surprise him out of her position. After the guard was down, there would be about 4 minutes for Raph to get into the warehouse and find the plans. The rest was easy to explain: After 4 minutes the first soldiers of the rebels would smell that something isn't right and going to look for the guard. Then the Raichu should have find already the plans and get outside. Sol would at this time snipe the man who wanted to find the disposed guard.

Hoping that his calculations would be right he waited the three minutes the guard needed to walk along way point one. Then he got a call on his device. "What is it?" he hissed in his communicator. "Here is the base. You have to abort your mission and come back, I repeat, abort the mission and retreat." "Retreat? Why that? We are on..." "You have your orders! Retreat now and come back! Out!" "Damn..."

Rina waited on her position. The guard was already in reach but Sol didn't make any signs. What was going on? Then Sol made a retreat sign. {What the hell?...} Even Raph did retreat. {What´s up? Why are you aborting the mission?} {Yeah, we wanna know!} "The base has called us to retreat. I don´t know but i have a bad feeling about this..." {You mean... there are commands directly from Dillon?} "Perhaps... I don´t like the idea to see him again... well, let´s get ready..." So Sol and his team turned back to the base. What was the reason? Some special mission? He didn't know, but he felt that the resolution would have a good explanation.

As they arrived at the castle to get into the armory Sol met a boy with pure white hair. He hadn't seen this boy often but as usual Sol didn't talk to him. He checked his equipment and made his way to the mission briefing room. {Hey, wasn't that just Cain Ritham?} "I don´t know... what would be the different if he was it?" Sol replied to the Raichu. {I just heard some rumors about him. He is one of the best Arcana members...} "hmmm..." They arrived the mission room. Commander Teret was awaiting them. "Good day team Delta. You have arrived the base and I should give you an explanation now, right?" "Right..." "But this won´t happen. Dillon wants something from you..."

"Dillon? What does he want from me now?" Sol asked confused. "I don´t wanna know. You know the only commands Dillon gives are for his elite. The only reason that you get your orders from me is that...." the Commander became silent. "Commander?" "Ah, it´s nothing, just go ahead and meet Dillon..."

Leaving the mission room, Sol was engulfed in thoughts. Why are the things like that?... They came to the throne room and Sol walked up to Dillon. About 10 meters before him he kneeled down, as always when he met him. "Stand up, Ganaga." Dillon said, so Sol did. You will receive an extermination mission. You have to find Kyohaku Musouka. She is a skilled and very dangerous one. We don´t have any details about her, only this photo." Dillon said and throwing a little square of paper to Sol. "hmmm..." "We just now that she is somewhere around Viridian city. Find her, get some informations and then kill her."

"Yes, my master..." Sol nearly snarled. "Good...." As Sol turned to get out of the room, Dillon added something. "Project Gangaga... don´t disappoint me..."

Sol went down to the preparation room. Nick was awaiting him. "you got a mission?" "Yup... I need some transportation." "What´s about a motorbike?"

    "Bought..."

"Hey, I knew it. There you go, but know, Dillon wants that..."
"Yeah I know the rules... just give me the keys..."

Sol got his Pokemon into their balls and drove away with his new vehicle, next stop Pallet town...

Cave outside of Viridian City. November 12th 2007

Lily was meditating in a cave, increasing her psychic powers. She was on the dark side, attempting to take over the world, take it from Dillon. A small rebel troupe suddenly surrounded her. "What the hell! That was out of nowhere, all right! Good thing I meditated beforehand!" She attempted to do a mind control on the enemies. It took out about two, but there were still a good amount left, enough to kill her.

She started using her shotgun, shouting with pride, " six down, fourteen more to go!" She managed to wipe out thirteen of the enemies, leaving just one, the leader of this rebel squad. He took out a gun, shooting like mad at her. Only one bullet hit her, but it was enough to get her bleeding on the ground. She took out her shotgun, but it was out of ammo. "Time... to... use... my... last... resort... weapon..." She could barely even finish that sentence. She took out her high volt Stun Gun, and with more enthusiasm yelled, "Let's see what this baby can do!" Apparently one shot was more then enough. It took Lily a large amount of time to get up, but after about half and hour, she was up.

"Wow, twenty kills on my own! Better yet twenty kills all in the same hour. That defiantly sets a new record!" She limped out of the cave, and one she was out, she bandaged her injuries with cloth, the blood soaked through slightly but she would live.

"What the hell were they thinking, trying to win against me? This proves once again that sex doesn't really matter in war. And if I die, than at least I'll have something to look forwards to, seeing my true love again." While holding her locket to her heart and looking up at the heavens, she said, "Oh Mike, I hope you're proud."

Lily kept walking down the path. She was able to telepathically communicate with her dead boyfriend. "Yes Lily, I am very proud of you. You managed to join the side I was on and do what I could not, very good..." Lily stared at the sky again. "You mean, you were on the Arcana side?" "Of course I was Lily. Wasn't I an outcast from society? Outcasts join the dark side..." She thought about this for a little bit. "Well then, I guess I'm an outcast.

What the hell were those men doing, attacking a young lady such as myself?" "They will kill anyone, of any age or gender. It's just the way society is." "Well, that's good to know.... anyway... goodbye, talk to you later..." "Good-bye!" Lily was tearing up. She kept thinking. "I'm not sure, should I die now? Even though I would be up in heaven with Mike, he wouldn't be proud of me, dying before the end..." Then she stumbled across somebody.

Isolated Room, Viridian City, November 12th 2007

Oh, curse how I always seemed to get myself in these situations. Here I am, yet again, in a room with people I don't know, and I have to act as if I've known them my whole life just so I can get some info out. And who were we interrogating this time? God, it wasn't even an Arcana. Just probably some idiot that sided with them, I thought, as I watched him tied to the chair by chains. Was he really that strong? He couldn't be, because then we'd know for sure he was an Arcana. And if this person really was an Arcana, then he was sure good at hiding it. Either way, he wasn't saying anything about Dillon.

"Alright; don't say anything on him, but tell us who you are."

This was a good way to take this situation, because they usually never spoke about Dillon. Might as well get them talking about something.

"It won't do any good for you," he said, an evil smile forming.

"And neither will this," Landis said, aiming his Beretta towards the man. "listen, I'm a changed person. I don't care who lives and who dies anymore; this bullet in your brain won't do me or you any good."

To himself, he gave a prayer that he wouldn't use the gun. Landis never wanted to use them. Hell, that changed person thing he had said was just a big bluff; he really couldn't kill a man. But that's not going to loosen my concentration.

"I don't care who you are, got it? Knowing who you are isn't going to get us nearer to Dillon than we are now. Just tell me your damn name so we can get through with this."

There was a short silence, and he readied his Beretta, pretending he was going to shoot it.

"Is that it then?" a man asked, a sly smile on his face. "You want to know the man's name before you blast his brains out?"

"As a matter of fact," Landis said, nodding. he shot upwards. The sound was always loud enough to make Landis cringe, and now he regretted doing that. Why? Because it always made him cringe; in which this man caught his cringing and knew something he didn't say aloud. Landis wasn't sure how, but he knew. Landis saw it in the look in his eye.

"You're scared of killing someone, aren't you?" the man asked.

Landis knew it was going to get to this. As planned, he aimed behind himself and shot again, hitting one of the guys paying me to do this. The man fell to the ground with a cry. He didn't get back up, and no one moved.

    "Nope," Landis grinned.

Landis aimed the gun at him.

"Now, are you going to tell me anything at all?"

    --

Twenty bucks, a video of the interrogation, and five bullets is all he got, for not getting anything out of
of the man. Well, it was something. How was money still important, anyways? Landis didn't really care, as long as he had money.

As he left, he waved to the guy he shot, him removing the bullet proof vest. It was planned in case it had come to that. There was always a plan, but not always did we get what we wanted. Now, after getting his cheap cash, Landis was ready to leave and never return. What's wrong with me? I'm always on the run, never knowing where I'm going.

He was lucky to be getting these jobs on interrogating. Of course, he didn't just go up to people and say, "hey look, I can interrogate!" No, they would test him first. See how good he was at this. In these cases, he carried videos of previous interrogations. All of them never led anywhere, but he always had something brought out of the people he interrogated. This time, he got nothing out of the guy.

Landis walked out of the shelter and looked around. he sighed, and pointed at two directions, both being on opposite sides, or to put it simple, left or right. he flipped a coin. Tails. Guess I'm going left.

As he walked, he kept his right arm behind his head, looking down. Interrogating. It was what he did to live. That didn't mean he had to like it. As a matter of fact, the first time he had done it, he had cried afterwards at what he had done even though he didn't hurt anyone. Amazingly, he kept his face straight through the entire interrogation.

And that's how he lived his life. It was a way he survived in this world. he had wondered many times how others survived this world.

So, where am I going this time? Landis looked ahead and found a sign. It didn't say where he was going, but it was something: Route 1.

Unfortunately, he'd forgotten where every town had been a long while ago, so he didn't know what place was coming up next. Oh well, I guess I'd just have to find out. "Come on out, Sandslash," he said emotionless, tossing the ball.

The thing about Sandslash was that he was always alert. I found that out a long while ago, and it always worked for me. He would always be my ears. This was good when I was walking alone like how I was today.

"Be my bodyguard," Landis said, and then walked forward. They both did, him being alert, Sandslash being even more alert.

Well, you certainly managed to better re-write some posts from the RP. Though, the ones that you left mostly alone (Alana, Nigma, me) sound pretty wierd. I'll start with just the one I wrote.

You were switching my tenses all around so that it could be a "god view" instead of how I did first person style. You left a couple of first person tenses behind, and it makes it slightly confusing. Even when you changed it to "he" instead of "I," there were parts in it that sounded weird.

"As he left, he waved to the guy he shot, him removing the bullet proof vest. It was planned in case it had come to that. There was always a plan, but not always did we get what we wanted. Now, after getting his cheap cash, Landis was ready to leave and never return. What was with me? I was always on the run, never knowing where I was going."

See, the last three sentences sound weird when they're being done in the "god view." Not even the fact that the "I" part was italicized can fix it; it has to be re-written because of the tense that it's in. a fixed version would be "What's wrong with me? I'm always on the run, never knowing where I'm going."

There are several mistakes like that that I found, but overall, it's not a bad novelization. I feel the need to make my posts more drama transfixed now, and have the "god view" thing going on instead of my "First person" thing.

Good job; can't wait for us to write the next chapter. XD

I'm about to start working on it, You do mean for this story, right? Not for the series?
Because after The " Chapter One: Major Arcana" Is Chapter Two " Chapter Two: Fountain of Age" or Mabye, " Chapter Two: Hybrid synthesis" Not sure yet.

Chapter Two: The Begininng of the Freedom Of Pallet

Blackthorn City, Arcana Tower garage, November 12th 2007
Cain went over to the garage. He let out his Blaziken since he wanted to know what car the Pokemon wanted to drive.

"How about this one?" Cain pointed towards a jeep. But the fire Pokemon shook his head

"Okay what about this?" Cain pointed towards an ATV. Blaziken liked to ride very fast. So he nodded and Cain saddled up. Then a patrol officer came and gave him the keys.

"We are Viridian city bound." But then the Patrol officer shook his head and said that he was to be dropped a few miles away from Viridian.

    Much Later
    ~~~~~~~~
    Cain was in a helicopter. Still on the ATV. Blaziken was back in his pokeball. He was going so fast that the wind blew his hair in many different directions. Once the helicopter landed the patrol officer said to sneak into Viridian and avoid their patrols. As if he didn't know that. Cain smiled and turned on the ATV and stepped on the gas.
    Viridian city here I come He thought silently to himself as the wind pushed against his hair, he bitterly smiled.
    Cain listened closely to his radio. Then he heard a Patrol officer mention change of plans. He was supposed to go to Pallet town instead of Viridian.
    "Understood".
    Cain turned his ATV back on and started riding. The forests had multiple Leddian and other bug Pokemon inhabiting them. Cain never liked Bug Pokemon since they were very weak and useless. minutes later he made it out of the forest, Good riddance Cain thought.
    ~~~~~~

Cain made it a few hundred meters away from Pallet town. He got off his ATV and looked around the city.

Okay, the base has to be around here somewhere.

Cain took out his Desert Eagle and placed a clip inside it. Then cocked it. After checking his Skorpian was fully loaded and his Pokemon were safe he started walking down to Pallet town.

Pallet Town, Rebel base, November 12th 2007

" Code Green! Code Green! Alert! Code Green! Alert!" Blared the speaker from above.
" Damn!" AJ yelled running, A code green meant that there were Arcana warriors within ten miles of the base, not average soldiers but the real deal. AJ ran into the armory where other's were, it looked like they were all gearing up. AJ nodded in approval and ran up to Misty, " Misty! Status report!" He said to his childhood friend. " It seems like there are some well... Super Soldiers of the Arcana heading our way." She replied choosing her words carefully.

" Thought so... So where are they at the moment?" AJ asked getting a little Anxious.
" One is at the Viridian City Border, and more might be coming." She said starting to load up her Thompson. " He might just be visiting The Magician, reporting. Or maybe securing the old rebel base" AJ said wincing at the last part since so many had died.

" Well we also may be expecting a young lady as well" She said now starting to load full clips into a bag. " Of the Arcana?" AJ asked to only be answered with the shake of a head.
" No, Rebellion. Look we need to make sure that nothing happens to her, she's supposed to be good." Misty said picking up the bag and slinging it over her shoulder.

" Okay, I'm not gonna ask how you know all this..." AJ mumbled going to his cabinet and taking out his weaponry, Handgun, Sword and Shotgun and not to mention his tactical vest with a few smoke, fragmentation and incinderary grenades. He strapped on his weaponry and then ran into Barry who had his handgun and knife holstered and a grenade launcher on his back, he looked prepared. " So whats are state of plan?" AJ asked Barry.

" Well if we run into the Soldiers then we'll have to take them down at all costs, make sure that the cultist of the Arcana are put off as well" Barry said to the blue eyed Hispanic
" To think that the Cultists were normal once, now brainwashed by the Arcana." AJ muttered with a look of sadness on his face. " And if it's clear then were going to call small backup and I guess head into the Arcana Temple, Kill the Fool." Barry sighed knowing that AJ was anxious to kill The Fool and free Pallet.

" Sh!t! The Solider is even closer then before!" Misty yelled watching a screen with a radar in the center, the machine was bleeping loudly. The base was yellow on the map and the solider was green, it seemed he was just a mile or so from us and then there were two blue dots that meant non cultist and they were somewhat close.

" Let's head out! Barry, Rocky, Eline and Chuck follow me. Trina, Michael and Hudson follow Misty. My team will head towards the solider and rebel down there and Team B, Which is you guys" AJ said pointing towards Misty and the people by her, " Will go find the other rebel and the rest of you stay here and prepare for the worst possible situation. Now Move" AJ said in a smooth commanding voice, very authoritative.

" Move Team B" Misty yelled out heading to tunnel that would evidently lead into the main part of Pallet where one of the rebels were located. " Come on team, make sure your loaded up and follow me!" AJ yelled to his squad as he picked up both the Chainsaw attachment and UZI attachment not exactly sure what he would need.

AJ ran out and into the stairway heading up fast, he was pissed that Dillon's lackies were trying to kill them or maybe it was all connected to the fact that his twin was an Arcana even though he had been an outcast from society he had been AJ's own flesh and blood. That's whats gonna be left of me if I don't focus and pay attention AJ thought scolding himself.

AJ had made it out of the base and had already gotten half way to route one without any trouble and then it happened. Cultist, about six of them. AJ scowled and unholstered his Beretta quickly before the rest of his team had time to react, he aimed for one that had a purple robe on with a white mask on. AJ aimed for the Robed Cultist and pulled the trigger, Bang! the sound was an explosion of echoing despair that AJ had gotten used to, The .40 round had managed to find it's way into the Robed man's temple, it had shattered the mask and what sounded to be the skull as bone fragments and blood spewed out, AJ tried not to look at the small splatter of brain matter behind the Cultist as it crumpled to the floor.

AJ looked at the other cultist, and didn't notice as one got close enough and knocked him to the ground with an iron rod. Barry springed into action and pulled the trigger of his Desert Eagle and smiled as the Cultists head exploded in an array of blood and other headly things. The other's got the clue and started to take down the rest with simple head shots, the battle was over pretty fast to say the least.

AJ and the group kept running and then there they were, at the entrance to Pallet Town and so far not a Solider in sight, " Good." AJ mumbled.

    Route one, November 12th 2007

The walking was a cautious one. Landis was always cautious when it came to moving around. It was in these instances that he had to be very careful about who he met and who he didn't meet. Everyone could be an enemy; yet some could be friends. It was a long time ago that Landis found out he had to be more cautious. That is how he always ended up getting around, not being killed, and getting interrogation jobs.

Landis cautiously stayed away from the main path, as always. Call me paranoid, but it seemed that everyone who even thought of stepping foot on the travel path would be shot into oblivion on the spot. At the moment, I do not feel like dying.

Landis kept walking ahead, looking right and left everywhere he stepped, keeping his hand on his Beretta, but never holding it at a point. Landis had found that when he did such things, it gives away who he was, and inevitably, he'd be shot at the spot. Fortunately, the run ins he had with those instances, he was able to escape.

Landis was reminded of other instances of when he had tried taking the main path, and how dangerous they always ended up being. So he took it rude when Sandslash just jumped right on his back, pushing him forward so hard that he tripped forward, about to land on my face.

With instinct, Landis tried to soften the landing with his hands, but there was a tug at his foot, bringing him towards the air, in which he slammed his head against the ground, then the tree beside him a rope was pulling him up.

It was a net. I hadn't been caught in it; my leg had. My shoe came off, and I made a hard landing, unconscious. But who was in the net?

Sandslash. He had pushed me to protect me. Now he was tangled, couldn't get help, and Landis was unconscious, looking dead, near the dark path of trees of route one. It's a position you don't want to find yourself in, especially in all that was going on.

There was a Sandslash, thrashing in a net hanging from a tree, and there was me, knocked unconscious on the ground, without a shoe.

Landis had trained Sandslash not to over react in these situations. So, after a certain amount of time of thrashing, trying to break the net with his claws (or at least get them at a position to do so), Sandslash stopped. Smart thing to do. Now, he had to hope and wait for Landis to wake up. Whenever that may be.

I'd be lucky if a trainer even walked by. As I said before, no one took the path I was taking.

    Pallet Town, November 12th 2007

Ryo closed the cover on her bike's gas tank and looked over at Tyre. "Are you ready to go?"

Tyre stretched his wings and lifted himself into the air. 'Yeah, how much farther do we have to go?'

"Not too much. This is Pallet and according to my sources, the Rebellion base should be around here somewhere."

'Well that's good, I'm tired of flying.'

"It's good exercise." That said, she climbed back onto her bike, pulled her helmet back on, and pull on the throttle. The bike gave a roar then rumbled off again. Tyre gave a sigh, then followed.

By Ryo's guesses, the Rebellion base was only a few blocks away. She eased up on the throttle and began scanning the buildings. As she sped up again, a .50 round came out of the sky and hit the ground, crumbling it and sending shards of concrete everywhere in front of her. The bike flipped forward, sending her into the air. Tyre shot forward and caught her, watching as the bike came to rest a few feet away.

"Whoever did that is going to suffer a slow and painful death."

Tyre rolled his eyes as he lowered his trainer to the ground. 'You're nearly killed and all you can think about is that bike.'

"Give me a break. I'm very fond of it. Now, help me find the person who attacked."

Tyre turned, scanning the skies. Nothing was visible so he flew higher. Still nothing. Eventually he came back down to land beside Kyo who was checking her bike for scratches. The front tire had a large piece of material missing but the rest of the bike was all right. "Nothing? It must have come from one of the windows." She looked up at the tall buildings and narrowed her eyes. "Come on, we should hurry. Keep a barrier up so we don't get killed."

Tyre nodded and flew over Kyo as she walked, pushing the bike. A shimmering green barrier appeared around him, keeping both of them safe if another attack came from above.

    Viridian City, November, 12th 2007

After the ride he hid his bike near an old house. Sol prepared himself and got his Pokémon out of their pokeballs. [Ready!] the Raichu and the Nidorina said together while getting out of the light. "OK, we have a target." Sol started, showing both the picture of the girl. "The mission is finding her and eliminate if possible." [Understood!] "Now to the situation. We have the information that there is a rebel base in this city, so we have to be careful! We get starting with scouting the area..." The trio started moving in the city.

[Sector clear... moving to coord 15,63...] The radio said with the Raichu´s voice. Sol was happy that he had those radio sets for his Pokémon, so he easily could communicate with them. "Understood Ray One. Ray Two give me your position..." [Scouting area 4, Coordinates 17,87... no enemy spotted...] "OK, Ray One move to 17,87 and meet with Ray Two." [Roger...] Sol started moving. He run down the dusty street to Sector 4, which was supposed to be the city center. [Enemy contact at 16,87, Sector 3! I get´m!!!] The Raichu yelled. "Understood! I´m moving there. Did you hear that Ray Two?" [I´m nearly there...]

To meet enemies wasn't always the best thing that could happen. Sol hoped that this "enemy" didn't send information about them to the base. As he got there, Rey One and Two were in a side street, holding back someone that looked like a rebel. His gun was destroyed and he was laying on the ground. "Well done... let´s see what we have here..." "Don´t kill me... what are these Pokemon...? They are like..."
"I know what they are. You´ll better give me some information..." Sol replied.

"I don´t know anything... I just... arggghhh!!" Sol stood on the rebels injury. "You better don´t trick me... where is the base?" "I won´t tell you..." [Grrrr.....] the Nidorina growled. "What is with her?" the scared and injured rebel asked. "She is hungry..." Sol grinned. "What? Pokémon don´t eat human!" the rebel yelled at Sol. "Where is the base?" Sol asked again. "I... I don´t know... I am a scout from Pallet town...." "Pallet town? Then that´s the next stop from here..." Sol laughed out loud. "Your Pokémon don´t eat human, do they?" "You can find it out now..." Sol said with a suddenly cold voice and snipped with his fingers. The screaming of the rebel was heard Throughout the whole city for about some minutes until it ended suddenly. "Pallet town... team!" [Yes, Sir!] "We´ll scout here for some time and if we don´t find anything, we move to Pallet town..." [Understood!] "Move out!"

    Pallet town, November 12th 2007

Cain saw his first squad get gunned down. This frightened Cain since he knew they could easily find him now.

Oh no, I need to hide. He thought anxiously to himself.

Cain looked around and saw a tree. He immediately climbed it to the top and took his radio out. He pressed the button and asked

"Is anyone out there? My first squad has been eliminated. I need an air strike and a drop down."

Cain took his desert eagle out. Then he started aiming for random troops but not firing. He didn't want to lose the element of surprise, it was all he had at the moment, he then noticed his groups assailants come in.

"Lets see... Not an Arcana in sight, except for the village people. No pun intended." AJ said to his team trying to brighten them up, the Cultist they had just killed weren't from Pallet which meant... Damn! that means that they sent in a clean up crew with the solider, I hope Misty's alright. AJ thought to himself as he retrieved a screwdriver from his belt and also both of his Striker Shotgun attachments.

" Before we head into Route 1, Check your weapons and give me a team status report" AJ told his group as he started to implant the Uzi attachment and load it up. " There, all hooked up..." He mumbled to himself facing the group. " Well?"

" Status: Fine, Only one shot was wasted." Barry smiled manually loading another round into the clip of his Desert Eagle. " Status: Fine, Three shots wasted" Rocky mumbled as he turned around, the sounds of a ruffling bag and chewing were heard momentarily. " Status: Fine, One shot wasted. AJ.. I mean Captain... I mean, er..." Stuttered the tall brunette, Eline.

" All is well, only two shots wasted. What did you really expect?" Replied the cocky voice of Chuck.

" Not much out of you Chuck... And Rocky, Stop Stuffing Your Face!" AJ Yelled at the Compulsive eater, " I mean come on! We are on a dangerous search and rescue which could also be search and destroy! I don't need any incompetence right now!" AJ rambled angrily.

" Calm down, let's get going." Barry said, his voice was very soothing, as if everything was fine. " Yes... I'm sorry about that, Now let's go." AJ said finally heading out towards the woody area of Route 1.

The team soon came across what seemed to be a crumpled figure and a netted Pokemon, with closer examination it seemed to be a young adult, around fifteen or sixteen and the Pokemon seemed to be a sandslash, very interesting.

Barry carefully cut down the net and opened it up, letting the Pokemon out. AJ looked down at the boy and started to shake him a little bit, not being able to tell if he was stirring or not.

Of all things to feel at the moment, the last thing Landis would have expected to feel was sick. First of all, he couldn't see much, and what he could see would be something a drunk would probably see; blurry lines. He walked forward, and found the place very unmoving. It was as if he was trapped in his own prison. And when everything turned dark, then more blurry, there was nothing Landis could do but to be ready for what he could see.

He saw a man right in front of him. The first thing he took notice of was the fact that the man was armed; that was not something you wanted to see nowadays, especially when you were slightly unarmed at the same time. Landis did the only thing he would think be better than anything else he could think of doing at the moment; he jumped forward, on the man, knife near his throat.

It was time to put the act to the test; many times, Landis found himself having to do this. Most of the times it was because he was being paid to do so. Now, it was for his life.

But then, it just hit him; the man wasn't alone. There were others; all equally equipped. Uh oh. The thought hit him like a bullet to the face.

AJ was shocked as the man they had found and woken jumped into a position as to slit AJ's throat, AJ gave a growl and then smiled slightly. " Look to your left, see the big one? He'll ever rip you or blow you in half if you so much as blink wrong." The Hispanic murmured silently to his attacker, " Even if you succeed in killing me... You'll die." AJ said bitterly, telling the cold hard truth of this sick little game.

" I do believe you are not under Dillon's spell, You are not a cultist or an elite solider of his persuasion. No, your just some lucky kid." AJ mumbled soft-spoken.

Barry aimed his Desert Eagle at the attacker. AJ smiled even more bitterly, " No, you wont have to drop to the class of brute attack. Barry, leave him to me." and as he finished the cold sentence he grabbed his assailants wrist with the knife in it and twisted it up words, he then continued as he flipped around the position to where he held the wrist with one hand and pushed the attackers shoulder down. " Now, drop the knife and we will talk." AJ whispered into the mans ear.

    Pallet Town, November 12th 2007

    Suddenly Sols radio reacted.

"Is anyone out there? My first squad has been eliminated. I need an air-strike and a drop down."

The only ones which used this frequency were the military of the major arcana. Sol answered the request. "Team Delta gets into listening status. Identify yourself, soldier. We understood your status and filter your position. Delta Team is moving to your position. Meeting point at Coordinates 16,77 sector 17. We are heading for you... Out." If the soldier was a good one, he should know who is Team Delta.

[I have his position...] Rina said. [He is in Pallet Town, near the entrance. The satellite doesn't have much information, but it seems that there are some rebells.] Rina returned the Satcom back into Sols backpack. [Leader, we can get there in 11,67 Minutes if we start now...] Raph said. "OK Team, back in standby." [Roger...]both replied and were sucked into their pokeballs. Sol went to his vehicle and started to drive in to the soldiers direction.

Soon his radio replied again. "Here is team Gamma. We listened to your status and decided to meet at your coords. Our team includes 5 soldiers. Please respond team delta." "Here team delta. We understood your request. Enemy rebells at coords. Get there and go into defending status." "Understood commander."

"Great. Some Arcana Targets more for the rebels..." he said to himself while driving. Indeed team gamma was nothing more than a group of newbie soldiers. They should fight the rebels so he could get to the unknown soldier.

    Cain's radio suddenly blared with;

"Team Delta gets into listening status. Identify yourself, soldier. We understood your status and filter your position. Delta Team is moving to your position. Meeting point at Coord 16,77 sector 17. We are heading for you... Out."

This is good they know where I am.

Cain looked around while aiming his gun at random rebels. Then all of the sudden they started walking back into Pallet town.

    Finally He thought more relaxed.

Cain was just about to jump down from his tree when he saw a soldier doubling back. He faced the opposite from the tree.

    Here is my chance

Cain jumped from the tree as stealthily as possible. He snuck up on the soldier and placed his hands on the soldier's neck. Then quick as lightning he snapped it like a twig. Then once the body fell to the ground he searched what the soldier had on him. He only had two weapons. A Beretta and a Revolver. He had a silencer with him as well so Cain took that as well. Then he saw that the soldier only had 10 shots for the Revolver.

Damn this is going to be a long night.

Cain put the revolver right next to where his Desert Eagle was in his inside pocket. Then he placed the silencer on the Beretta and started sneaking towards Pallet town. He replied on his radio

"Team Delta. Come to Pallet town and bring an air strike. I'm going to be done here soon."

Sol was in a good position as he had arrived at the city. He had already contacted headquarter to tell them the situation. The meeting with Team Gamma was already over and he had sent them into the city. Sol layed down to the ground and put his MAG into position. The pointing telescope had been activated and the laser pointer was launching for use. After he had built up the main pillar led his two Pokémon out. [Ready for combat!] "Not so fast. Team Gamma is down there and I think I can see our soldier friend."

"Unknown Soldier you didn't identify yourself. Here is Railgun-Sniper Ganaga. Headquarter is informed about the situation. I won´t send the air strike until I can prove you identification. By the way, the 5 Soldiers from Team Gamma are coming into pallet town. On top of that, I will give you fire support from the hill next to pallet town,I can see you through my pointing telescope."

The Arcana Soldier he could see looked like Cain, but Sol didn't trust the look. What if the Solder wasn't Cain? He had to prove that he was the Arcana Soldier. "Well guys, get prepared for it. Rina, go to the big building near the main street and hide. You can fire at the soldiers with your toxic needle attack. Raph, you will go to the building toward the building Rina is going in. Your commands are the same. But both! Just wait until I give you the order to shoot!" [Roger Delta Leader!] both replied. [Make sure that we get home soon, I am hungry...] Raph added. [Raph! Don´t think about eating now!] Rina replied instead of Sol. [Let´s hurry...]

For himself, Sol hoped that nobody of the rebels could hear what he had radioed to the unknown Soldier. If they knew that a Railgun-Sniper was here, they never would come out of their hidings...

    Chapter Three: Death Among Us

    Route One, November 12th 2007

Of all things to happen to Landis up to that moment, he just wasn't expecting this. He had been in situations before where he had to be in pain, and he had to deal with the pain. He usually did fine in those situations, getting out alive.

This situation was one of the first that had many guns pointed towards him, and had him at a defenseless position. At this point, there was no need in holding the knife; just having his wrist twisted as it was by the man was enough to make Landis let go.

It was a good thing he had always treated his Two Team right; now was the time for some help from them.

Without a word (just by watching the situation play), Sandslash rushed with a Slash ready. It may have been the wrong decision considered everyone having a gun and all, but who could think clearly at the moment like that? Landis (and apparently his Sandslash too) sure couldn't. It was just the best thing they could make of the current situation, and at the moment, the situation seemed as if they were to get worse.

AJ was waiting for the answer he wanted, the reason for the mans appearance when he remembered something. " Barry, where is that Sandslash?" He asked anxious, Barry replied with a shrug.

" Damn, where'd he go." AJ mumbled looking around.

And at that moment would be the time that Sandslash went ahead and sliced right at the man that was holding Landis. It was not a clear slice; it was ore of a warning.

Whether it was enough or not was the question Landis found hard answering. It was most likely enough, considering he was able to free one hand.

Through better instinct of himself, Landis reached to his belt, removing the last remaining Pokéball and releasing whatever was inside it.

Now he had two friends to help him out there.

"Sceptile, leaf blade!" Landis did not scream it aloud; it was silenced, but with a firm grasp to it.

Now Sceptile was going to slam those sharp knife-like blades from his tail down on this man that was holding Landis.

Landis wondered if he was smart enough to let go now, before it was too late.

AJ wasn't expecting what happened next as the Pokemon slashed at his hand, he immediately let go of the man on instinct and looked at his bloodied hand, this wasn't good.

AJ looked at the man who had released his other Pokemon, AJ gave him a disapproving stare and then the leaf blade came, and AJ felt has it sliced at his chest, his breath left him for the moment and he pointed his gun at the Pokemon, about to pull the goddamn trigger.

AJ was mad but not insane, he tilted his gun down and sighed, " I am AJ Valentine, Leader of the Pallet Rebellion, 'la rebelión'" AJ clearly said to the man,

" What is your name?" He asked the man firmly.

Landis called off his Sandslash and Sceptile. They did not stop their death stance; they were ready for the order Landis would give to just find a way to get him out of there as fast as possible.

That order was to never come, due to the fact that Landis just heard the word 'rebellion.' Words like that were the words that drove him; words like that were the words that let him live in this world without running out of food or money.

To Landis, a rebellion was a money machine. Almost everywhere he had gone, he had found a group like a rebellion. This is how he always had money; with the right fee, he would help out with bringing out information.

The same thing could be done with this group. They seemed to be pretty well equipped, and if they really were who they said they were, then Landis and the group would both be happy; Landis would get paid for a stupidly easy task, and then leave forever.

But, he had to start this right. Not always were people who said they were what they were, were really who they were. As confusing as that sounds, to Landis, it was true.

So, how about starting this right? he thought.

"I'm Lamont; freelancer of anything," Landis said, not giving his first name.

AJ smiled a genuine smile as Landis called off his Pokemon , " Lamont?" AJ asked Landis, and then chuckling a little, " Sorry 'bout that, just kind of a funny name" AJ said to "Lamont" and then putting on a serious face, " Look, we don't have much time. Very limited, have you been listening? Gunfire, I'm not even sure if my team is still alive." AJ's face showed dread but it quickly cleared up, back to seriousness.

" You don't have a very good mortality rate if you go alone, even trying to hide will most likely kill you. Come with us, we were planning on raiding The Fools base, killing him. Free Pallet of the spell, make is safe." AJ was on a roll.

AJ put his hand into his trench coat and retrieved a P-38 Handgun, he placed it in Lamont's hands with three extra clips. AJ smiled, " That knife wont do you much good, each clip holds sixteen. You have sixty four shots, make em' count." AJ said to him.

AJ's radio picked something up, "Jason to Rocky , tell the others that I've caught one of Dillon's Elites. Send a mini squad over here to fetch him. I'll keep watch on him...." the voice said, AJ scowled. " Idiot, this is Captain AJ" He mumbled into it, " We don't have time to get to your coordinates. If you can kill him, do so. If not, flee." He barked into the radio.

Almost just minutes afterwards another signal came in, " AJ! Hudson is dead! We're being ambushed. Requiring back up!" Misty yelled frantically through the radio.

AJ went pale, he froze up. " Hello? Hello?! AJ?!" Her voice went on, AJ raised the radio. " Understood."

AJ turned to Lamont, " Come on! Soldiers are dying!"

    Pallet Town, November 12th 2007

Jason ran into Pallet from the base as the chaos started to calm down ....for now.

Jason looked up and saw a person , who was of course was not a rebel. "You there! Stop!" He said as he pulled his .40 Wind Slicer on him.

Jason grabbed him as he caught up with him.

"Who the hell are you? Are you one of Dillon's minions?" Jason asked shouting as he put his finger on the trigger.

Jason saw that he had killed a rebel and had took the corpses .22 S&W revolver.

Jason looked back at the figure as he took the stolen revolver out of the figures hand and through it backwards.

"Your going to pay for that."

But then Cain had an idea. He knew that he must be watched by now. So he knew if the soldier tried tried to shoot at him he would get a face full of lead. Cain put down his skorpian and his .44 desert eagle and called out.

    "Fine take me."

Then Cain waited for the soldier to put his weapon down.

The soldier started walking towards Cain not noticing his 9 mm Beretta in his inside pocket. Cain took out his Beretta quick as lightning and pointed it towards him.

"Put your gun down, don't worry I wont shoot. This gun is not your only problem. Oh to answer your question yes I am one of Dillon's elite."

Cain knew that if the soldier tried to shoot at him Cain would fire back. They were at a stalemate. Plus Cain hoped his message was received and at least one Arcana sniper would be in position for cover fire.

Jason got very suspicious of this very sudden calmness. Jason raised his .40 Wind slicer and shot at the area around them.

Jason then heard a choking and shot at a nearby tree. A person fell out dead and Jason examined him. He was another of Dillon's soldiers , a sniper no doubt. The guy next to me must've called him in to fire at me.

Jason then heard a gun shot as he felt a searing white pain on the side of his cheek. Jason turned to see another soldier switching guns after being noticed. "That just makes me mad!" Jason raised his gun only to see a helicopter coming towards them.

"damn it!" Jason yelled aiming the Wind slicer at the helicopter, not yet ready to shoot.

"Well looks like my stalemate has been broken." Cain picked up his Skorpian and desert Eagle. Then he radioed his headset

"I'm going in the base. I have a rebel here. Do what you will to him, "

Then Cain threatened the soldier "You fire on me and you will get ten tonnes of lead from that helicopter in your foot alone."

Then Cain ran, he ran towards the base. The silencer was still on the Beretta so he started climbing on the roof. Then he found it. A ventilation shaft.

    Perfect
Cain opened the grate that was separating him from the vent. Then he crawled in. He whispered into his radio

    "I'm in"

"Goddammit! You're not getting away that easily!" Jason yelled as he pulled out his Pulse katana.

"This is an emergency, so I'm gonna have to end this quick!" Jason yelled as he activated the electric pulsar wave and then he sliced at the air, creating blue waves that cut some soldiers in half and the helicopter went down like a small flaming meteor.

Jason contacted the base and spoke. "An elite of Dillon's is in the base! I shall pursue him now but be alert! He has a Skorpion and a desert eagle so he's dangerous!"

Jason jumped up to the roof and slid down the vent.

Jason caught up with the Elite member.

He pointed his gun at him.

    "You're not going anywhere, punk."

    "Oh not again."

Cain had his desert eagle out again. But this time it was pointed towards the soldier. He was at another stalemate

"You know it wont matter for both of us whether or not you or I live. In a few hours this facility will be taken out by an air strike. If you do not put the gun down both of us will die."

Cain knew this as fact. Dillon didn't care very much about his elites. He only gave them approximately 3 hours after the briefing to complete the mission until he destroyed the facility he was in just in case they were alerted to his presence or he didn't eliminate enough rebels.

"Okay, lets put both our guns down. How about that?" He said trying to reason with the pathetic rebel.

Jason lowered his gun just a little and replied with an angry voice and tone. "Why should I trust you? I just got ambushed by your little team over there and had to kill them all!" Jason glanced at his katana on his back and glared right back at the figure.

Jason spoke into his microphone and tried to get in contact with the others. "Jason to Rocky , tell the others that I've caught one of Dillon's Elites. Send a mini squad over here to fetch him. I'll keep watch on him...."

Jason stepped an inch closer and put one hand on his pulse katana. Even if he does take the gun he doesn't have my finger prints. The gun will send enough electricity into his hand to make it explode. Jason thought devilishly.

    Arcana Tower, November 12th 2007

Dillon rubbed an orb made of crystal, and smiled. " Aww yes... Cain and Sol have made it to the destination, though it looks like Cain isn't coping as well as I thought as he would." He mumbled deeply and then grimaced, My children are dying though but his grimace was replaced with a bitterly sweet smile, They're indispensable . He thought to himself slightly chuckling.

" Master, you shouldn't have sent a boy for a mans job" a dark voice interrupting Dillon's thought. " Do not worry Lord James. They are indispensable, no great loss." Dillon said, his voice was smoothly sour.

The door burst open without warning as medium sized Caucasian bust through, obviously excited about something. Dillon frowned at the interruption, " Lord Dillon! The Magician wishes to send you a mess-"

Dillon cut the man off. " Did I say you could come in? Did you knock? Obvious such manners can't be accepted." Dillon grumbled as he clenched his fist-
and the mans right eye exploded.

Blood started to dribble down his face as he screeched in pain, " Shut up!" James yelled as he ripped the man throat out, cartilage and the gleaming shine of bone as his throat exposed, the man gave a final blood filled cough as he fell to the ground.

Dillon smiled at James " Thank you. I'll dispose of this nuisance."

Dillon said grinning as the body and blood disappeared. " We have business to attend to." Dillon said his voice fading.
    Pallet Town, November 12th 2007

Misty stayed alert while sneaking upon the random buildings of Pallet, she saw some spell driven cultist. " Try to divert attention" She mumbled to her group as she kept going, keeping low and quiet and then Snap! "Sh|t" Misty cursed as she stepped on a large twig, and as if it was an alert about twelve cultist started to surround them, almost moaning as they sluggishly raised large metal rods or bats.

Misty nodded at her team and pulled out her Thompson, she pulled the trigger and almost dropped the machine gun as it unleashed an unholy spray of bullets onto the targets in front of her.

    Ratatatatatata

the sound was deafening and her ears were starting to ache as the figures flew back, blood dribbling from several bullet holes in each one as they crumpled.

Misty pulled her finger off the trigger and the sound instantly stopped, Thank god she thought to herself as she looked at the big ass pile of bodies.

"Move out!" Misty yelled as she kept going, while she was running she switched the magazines out for her Thompson. This was going to be a long night.

Sol saw a girl with a rebel group coming into the street where his friends had hidden. She was armed with a Thompson.

"Delta leader to second squad. Enemy forces coming." [Already in sight.] [Unit three is preparing...] "Delta Team, your orders are: Let the female leader alife and search and destroy the others." [Understood.] Sol himself had to watch two situations now.

The unknown Soldier who looked like Cain, and this rebel force heading towards him.

He aimed at the rebel right behind the girl. The cross air was at his chest, the laser pointer was just a single little dot on the enemy's armor.

But this armor wouldn't be able to keep of the dangerous and all destroying shot of his MAG.

Wind, 5,56 from east. Range... 2,1 miles. Zoom... 7,5... Wait. Wait... Fire! He pulled the trigger of his MAG and the super magnetic barrier got unleashed firing a high accelerated arrow of steel in a blue array and with a unexplainable "Thoom!" into it´s target, crushing the armor and the body of the rebel and leaving him with just a very big hole in his chest.

"Team Delta, fire for free!" Rina heard out of her radio. She get on the window at the 3 level of the building, having a very good sight of the street and the enemy troops. One of the rebels got hit by one of Sols shots and she fired with her toxic needle attack at the group, firing thousands of little needles. It was just like a machine gun, but evading the bullets would be more difficulty.

Raph was ready too. He was at the second stage of his building. He got into position and fired an thunder array at one of the soldiers. After the short attack, Rina and Raph hide again in buildings, and changed the level on they've been.

Misty hadn't expected what would happen next, A Boom, a gasp and then a thud and a man was dead, blood dribbling from his mouth and the hole in his chest creating an ever growing blood puddle, Misty was almost in tears watching her fallen comrade.

Her anger started to flash as she loaded up her Thompson, she ran looking at fallen men, heading for the direction of the shot. " Forget the woman, I'm not going to let this go on any further, I'm going to kill them." She murmured angrily as she ran and ran.

Life is full of death, One man might not make a difference to hundreds but one can be the whole world to another. Was the thought that drove her.

"23,5 degree. Wind speed 20 mp/h north-west. Target is moving fast. Seems to be the girl with the Thompson." [Understood. Heading for sector 3. Intercepting...] [Here is Rina! I will need some time to get back.]

"Understood Rina. Raph, where are you now? I think the girl is heading for me..." [Here Raph. I can see her now. She moves fast into your direction. I think she is some kind of angry...] "Wow, already smelling that?" [Yup. Sure that you want to let her live?] "I repeat, target has to stay alife." Sol repeated.

Raph was running after the girl. She was dangerous near to Sol´s position. He had to be fast. After some minutes, the girl was very close to Sol. [Sol, i am going to attack with a shock.] "OK, paralyze her." [Understood!] Raph concentrated, aimed and fired at the girl.

The electrical energy was flying it´s way to the body of the girl. The hit was direct and on her entire body. Raph got sure that this girl didn't run away or attack anymore. Sol had said that this girl should stay alive.

Sol came out of his hiding. He had shot the last man he had seen down in the city and looked if he could see the girl somewhere. He pushed a button to unlock the trigger of his machine gun addition on his MAG.

He went down the hill and saw that Raph was shooting at the girl. "Well done boy!" he said, and run down to the girl. It took one or two minutes until he and Rina reached Raph and the girl together.

Trina had been her decoy and she had been hit, Misty had known that she was a target, time to end this...

Misty reached a distance of about ten feet from Sol, she started to creep up behind him. And in about a minute she was behind him, her Colt Python barrel was in the back of his head. Her finger on the trigger.

" Game Over" She whispered into his ear, she pulled back the hammer of the revolver.

Nice done Ashjr! I think my roleplaying is easy to convert into your fanfiction story, is it? Would be cool if you could post who played which character or something like this. ^^
