i reckon a gyarados can be very useful its like some kind of mediocre tanking thing. i mean what else can do things like a gyarodos can at such a low level? i mean as soon as it gets past level 20 its awesome and you can pretty much stick with it always. theres that super weakness to electricity thing but thats a small problem.
