    I've probably got over 100 shards. I'm kinda wondering what they do?

    Oh~
    Mushrooms too...

    You turn in shards for, I think its, TMs of rain dance hail and such at the house near pastoria...

    But I havn't done it in so long I could be wrong.

    Hope that helps, not sure on mushrooms though

    Thanks~
    I thought so, but I couldn't find the house...
    D'you happen to know, more specifically, where the house is? ^^;

    Thanks~

    Yeah, go west, or left to the swamp and you should see when you go through the it a house, somewhere near there, not the lady with berries, another one...

    here wait let me go get a map...

    EDIT: here's what I found on bulba

    Route 212 is a route in sinnoh. Most of this route has rain. Near the eastern end of the route lives a woman who used to work in Hoenns's weather institute. who will trade TMS for weather-changing moves for shards. The route is also full of narrow paths suspended in the air. To get across them, the player has to ride Bicycle over the narrow path.
