    Okay here's the OOC thread for general nattering about the RP, and you can post any ideas you have/ want to talk about here as well. I will probably also add any additional information I've forgotten to put on the introductory post (I'm sure there will be something I've missed :P)

    So yeah if you missed it on the main thread here's the sign up form:
    Sign Up form
    Name: (obvious)
    Age: (obvious)
    Gender: (insert obligatory joke here)
    Appearance: (detail people! at least 3-4 lines)
    Personality: (no mary sues please, 3-4 lines minimum)
    History: (see above, 2-3 lines minimum)
    Starting Town: (In Johto)

    Pokémon Info: (Each pokemon can only be taken once)
    Breed: (First Stage only, no leagendaries)
    Nickname: (optional)
    Gender: (insert obligatory joke here)
    Moves: Maximum of four (make them reasonable or I may not accept)
    Additional Information: Any extra info (i.e. pokemons personality, how it was recieved etc.)

    Okay hello and welcome to the OOC thread. Basically I thought I'd post something here... so here it is.

    When you reach the forest, just have one of Nurse Joy's pokemon find you and lead you to the warehouse.

    Nurse Joy's team:
    Chansey (shiny)
    Fearow x2
    Rattata x2

    One question [though it's not really important]: Which branch of Pokemon Center is the Nurse Joy from?

    Oh, are there more than one Shiny Pokemon for a single species? [As in, is there more than one Shiny Pichu, or is it the only one?]
     
    Hey, Nurse Joy is from the Cherrygrove City pokemon centre. This makes the most sense, as she would have to be from locally to know about the abandoned warehouse.

    In terms of RPers then its only one shiny per type allowed, but in the wild there may be another shiny pichu later in the RP... haven't decided yet :P
     
    Okay guys, heres a list of pokemon available in the forest. Each pokemon can only be taken once, and its first come, first served.

    Hoppip (Taken by Ic3b3rgZ)
    Shinx (Taken by Master Trainer Empoleon)
    Sentret
    Pidgey
    Nidoran M (Taken by Armoire of Invinvibility)
    Nidoran F (Taken by Pikapal)
    Hoothoot
    Spearow
    Plusle
    Minun

    So yeah, pokemon can be claimed from..... now!

    edit: I'll choose last, because well... I'm nice like that :)

    I'll take Hoppip please ;3 It's fun trying to come up with ways to win battles that only use splash -.- Hoppip doesn't learn Tackle till lv 10 >.<

    Or do we get to chose our pokemons moves/lv? Can you tell us a bit how that works? I mean when we catch a pokemon (of course with your consent :P)
     
    @everyone - Okay I'll mark those up for you

    @Ic3b3rgZ - Yeah they'll have like 3 moves of limited power (like learned before level 15ish?)... it's not an exact science. I'm still not sure if I'll pick the movesets, or if I'll let you do it. Suggestions anyone?

    Yeah like I said its not an exact science. I think I might let you choose your original movesets, then I'll judge if any moves are added. I'll judge it on post quality/frequency and how well the pokemon is used.

    What do we think?
     
    Okay it's been a while now, so we'll not wait for the others. If you guys want to post your capture posts then feel free to go ahead :)

    I'll give people until the end of today to claim a pokemon, and then I'll make my choice from whats left. (People can still pick from the pokemon remaining after I've made my choice)
