    How do people catch like shiny Palkia's and Dialga's??

    Obviously you can't chain for them.........is it literally just a matter of luck??

    I've been restarting my game for the last hour in the hope of seeing a shiny Palkia but i don't think it'll work :( lol
     
    They just keep soft Resetting untill they find one, or while soft Resetting to get a good nature one, they find a shiny, other then that, it's luck
     
    Yes, it's a matter of luck. Remember there's a 1/8192 chance of getting one, so it's quite rare.

    Anyways, this shiny probability question has already been answered in the FAQ, so...
