Shiny Pokemon are said to be strong, said, not proved, so, you post your facts, they are trying to keep it secret as in they're stats are the same, but some say they level up faster/gain more exp, they're faster, stronger, more defense, etc. so I have some shiny codes for Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, and I beat sapphire, working on Ruby. (I Like Ruby better)
    Shiny Code: 8636b1d6

    So you help decide.

Is the code for game shark, if so I can use it but they dont get any stronger, I wouldknow, I only train shiny pokemon

I've never had a shiny pokemon thats shown its any stronger than an ordinary pokemon. And I remember that in the time of G/S/C shinies were supposedly WEAKER because you could get them by having a pokemon with IVs of 10 in each value.

Shinies being Stronger is only true in the 2nd gen, where you have to have an IV of 16 in Every Stat to be Shiny(In Gen's 1 and 2, IV's were from 0-16, rather than 0-31)

IVs also determined Unown forms in GSC, as well as Gender. Starting in the 3rd Gen, they where able to make all three of these factors independant from IVs.

Well, in my game some had shown considerable stats, but I dont think It's a rumor. And why did Nintendo create them? For decor.? So there must be a valid reason.

In the third and fourth generation, the only things that make a shiny Pokémon different from others are their appearance and that an invisible value between 0 and 65535 that is assigned to each Pokémon happens to be less than 8 for them. IVs are a completely different matter and a shiny Pokémon can technically have 0 in all IVs (although the chances of that happening are very low) which means its stats can't get worse than they are. Hence why the claim about shiny Pokémon being stronger isn't true. In G/S/C, shininess is determined by DVs, but if you want a Pokémon with maximum possible stats, it can't be shiny (see my reply to Dunsparce's post) which once again proves that shiny Pokémon are in no way stronger than normal ones.

Any claim about shinies getting more experience or something similar is also false. The only thing that makes them different is their appearance.

Um, shiny Pokémon needed to have an DV of 10 (or 11, I'm not quite sure which) in every stat, not the maximum, which was 15 back then rather than 16 so shiny Pokémon's stats were just above average in G/S/C.

The Code Is for Game Shark. I am currently trying to figure out how to use Diamond on my DeSmuME but it doesn't work so far... But thats off topic, I would say Shiny Pokemon are a little stronger... I had an altaria regular, but shiny, that thing is doing better. at it's current lvl 38(I just started playing Ruby 3 days ago, I beat sapphire a bunch, I prefer ruby) I'd compare it to a level 42.

The fact that your shiny Altaria is stronger than your regular one means absolutely nothing.

No matter whether the Pokemon is shiny or not, they generate their own, individual IVs (except hacks), often getting them passed down from parents if they are being bred. Being shiny is just simply for decoration. Yes you may be very lucky to have a shiny Pokemon that has good IVs as well, but thats all it is, luck. You don't see the best battlers here on PC going out with teams full of shiny Pokemon. If anything, a battler who goes out with a team of shiny Pokemon isn't given as much respect or is frowned upon, as the chances are they either just trained the first shiny they got without bothering to breed for particular moves/natures/IVs, or they hacked them to be shiny. The majority of shiny Pokemon won't have particularly good natures, stats or IVs.

i think in the first games that had shinies it may have been a mistake or an"easter egg" as some people say.(an easter egg is something that is put in just for the fun of it)
if it was a mistake nintendo may have covered it up by having a method of catching it.(poke radar)

Shiny Pokémon were only introduced in Gen II because as you know Gold/Silver/Crystal had more pallets so Game Freak messed around with them to create Ultra Rare Shiny Pokémon because they made a Red Gyarados why not for the rest of the Pokémon and if people say there stonger I did a test a while back with two Elekid's in Pokémon Gold one was Shiny and the other one was normal and the normal one become stronger than the shiny one, so the Shiny Factor does not make your Pokémon stronger it is just a trophy to say hey I got a Shiny and you haven't got one and is also just a good way to boast to your mates.
