Simple.
Pokémon that are breeded and need new care can be traded to other trainers around the world.
Make sure the person your speaking with is from your region or country of the world, do not choose someone from Japan if you are from America, unless the Japanese person speaks good English.
The owner of ShinyEevee's Breeded Pokémon Trade Centre is not responsible for any scammed or stolen Pokémon. The two traders have decided to trade, so therefore they are responsible for what they did.
