    Well. I'm at the end of the game (i'm going to beat Steven!), and i don't know where is it. Underwater? Go there with Surfing? Secret Route? Where is it? Please help!!!
     
    shoal cave is north of mossdeep city.surf up until you get to 2 trainers standing side by side. go in the entrance.
    pokemon in shoal cave:zubat,speal,snorunt

    I have a lot of them : P Somehow. I don't know it. Maybe that rom was hacked not only with PSCH (Pokemon Starter Changer), with Advance Mart too: 99 Master Balls for 0 Zenny in Rustboro : P
