4th Gen SID Help Please.

Im Trying to find my SID ( secret ID ) for my platinum, does anyone have a way to finding it for me or help me find mine.? ( I dont have any cheating devices like AR or anything of the sort)

You can try this but I bet you it won't work.
go to main menu
then press this combo: up, down, A, right, down, start

And its because I want to Try RNG, So i can get shiny's for all my friends who dont have internet or wireless internet =/ yeah, i know, their lame.

The only way you can do so is via external devices - ergo, cheating. [other than what WK mentioned, of course]
