2nd Gen Silph Scope (Crystal)

Does anyone know how to get the Silph Scope in pokemon crystal?

If so, could you explain briefly on where it is and How I can get that item....

You get it the same way you get it in all the other games, it hasn't changed.

by my knowledge, there is no silph scope in G/S/C...

There is no Silph Scope in Crystal because there is no need for it. All the ghosts appear normally in Crystal, and teh Ghost Pokemon Tower has been taken over by The Kanto Radio Station.

So if that's the case, How do you get past the 1st floor in the Silph Co. Building in Saffron city??

I want to get "Upgrade" so I can evolve my Porygon to Porygon2

You can't and you get when you go inside just talk. Someone gives you it. I forget who.

First thing - don't double post, wait for someone to reply. Second of all, to get the Upgrade, speak to the security guard on the first floor. You can't go any higher than that anyway, so don't worry about trying to get up there.

It's been about a week anyway since that "double post", wth?
The thread was being bumped, and seeming how you have a plethora of posts & time put in here, you KNOW that no one would have replied anyway... So "waiting" would have done no good..... And I bet if I didn't double post, you wouldn't have gave your response to my question now would you..... So don't barrel down my back with threats like that; mod' or not.....
