4th Gen Simple question on TM 64 explosion.

    Ive searched around and found out that you get it in the "slots" in veilstone, i dont understand what they mean by this as ive looks at the Exchange and the TM is not there. Can someone tell me how to get the Tm?
     
    I don't think so... I think it's just Explosion.

    However, there are TMs and other items only availible when you get enough coins (Casino) or Battle Points (Battle Tower)
