Skarmory + Blissey Tank Combination. Skarmory Physical Walls, while Blissey serves for a Sp. Wall.
Since they're so commonly seen, they went and gave it a joint combination name, "SkarmBliss".
At this point, it's not really worth using, since a lot of things in 4th Gen Counter it completely (Infernape most specifically)

There's a Q&A thread for this...but yeah, skarmory with its resistances and blisset with its crazy HP. That's skarmbliss for ya.
