    Here's another style, though this one is more for me than the community, admittedly. I wanted a style that had all the things that I wanted there, but all the ones I didn't need out. So I created this and modified most of the main templates to match what I wanted. It probably isn't best for everyone, depending on what you want shown.

    If you're interested, switch to Simple and give it a shot! If you have any ideas on things to change, feel free to share them with me. I'm also working on a profile remodel!

    I really like the colour scheme, a lot of the icons are great and its 'simple' nature works well on my phone (so much so that I've already switched it to my default theme there). The main thing I'd change would be that the online/offline icon next to each username seems a bit big considering that usernames have been shrunken accordingly; it just seems slightly out of place given the more intimate nature of the theme. Also, I personally like to see whether each forum has a new post by looking at the icons on the left of the main page, but I guess I could learn to adjust. Oh! And it doesn't seem to like é for some reason. They all come up as �. On a Pokémon site, that's not great. :D

    I'll still probably use New Directions on my laptop, but Simple is now on my phone.
     
    Yeah, a UTF-8 derp moment. Geoff fixed it right before you finished your reply! I'm also going to be moving the online image — I was actually going to do that, but I couldn't find anywhere that it would look good on, so I kept it there.
     
    I like to keep it as simple as possible so I really like it and so will probably end up sticking with this for a while. Otherwise I just keep it on default all the time and those bore me after a while. I like the names and avatars being a lot smaller too.

    my only miff would be that the green links for regular users and the reply etc. doesn't really fit with the rest of the theme. I'd suggest a darker grey.
     
    I really like the colour scheme. I have never really liked styles with wasted space on the sides but I can get used to that. I also love how big the quick reply box is. I'm definitely gonna use it for a while.
     
    Loving the style, Nick. I think it's good for us to finally have a really nice, plain theme other than the vB default.

    One thing I noticed though (and posting cuz you told me to lol) is this:

    Loving this! It's probably not something I'll use forever but it's kind of like a holiday style, when you get so sick of all the fanciness and just need to go back to basics for a while. Very useful and as Leafy said, it's good to have something simple that looks nicer than vB default :D

    You so should have taken my advice and named it Delightfully Simple though just saying!!!!
     
    I like it a lot! But I really miss legacy. I find legacy to be more clean than standard, personally.
     
    YES! ITS ABOUT TIME SOMEONE ALIGNED FORUM LEADERS TO SOMETHING OTHER THAN CENTER!
    I don't care about everything else. This theme is now the best one ever.
    Overall though I'm really liking this colour scheme, it seems to be more your style than say the New Directions one. The only thing that bugs me is the logo at the top, it seems so small I can barely make out the slogan text.

    While I do agree with Gav, non Legacy actually looks quite elegant in this style. Definitely a keeper.
     
    Works perfectly on my phone, great theme :) Though I'm still waiting on some of these themes to be colour choiced :P
     
    I think the color scheme is a bit too bright and cheerful in some way. But other than that, it definitely is a nice style. I think I'll still be using Forever Standing though. That style is simplistic enough for me :3
     
    Nice theme, I like it a lot. :3 And what RHCP said, the color scheme is definitely cheerful xD; but it's just a bit too simplistic for me, who likes and is adjusted to themes like Stunfisk'd, New Directions and Stand Nexus xD
     
    Wow, this style is so... great! I think I find it work really snappily, on desktop IE10. Sometimes less is more, and your style demonstrates exactly that :) The only thing that I have to say about this style is... uh, is there a fluid-width option? My browser window is 1280 pixels wide, and... uh... there seems to be a huge amount of empty space at the sides. I think it's just a minor thing, though :)

    Agreeing, without the yellow smilies. The gray space is sort of obnoxious but I like the style. x)
