So if Comcast is making Animax US does that mean...

Animes picked up by Comcast for G4TechTV's Anime Unleashed block will air on it?

That'd make some sense. They'd probably get lots of other stuff from Geneon as well.
I don't know how they'd handle Shaman King given that 4kids isn't very far along in the uncut dub and is only about halfway through the edited dub.

FMA is on Animax in Asia as well but chances are they don't have a dub by FUNi.

My guess is they use subtitles for shows that they can't get the dubs for. Seems logical.

Comcast and Sony are making Animax US (or so they say). The only two series that Sony has the rights to in the US are Astroboy and Cyborg 009 so they'll no doubt be on there considering CN doesn't care about those shows but they might have to wait until CN's contract is up.

Comcast owns G4TechTV and all it's shows so I thought Animax might air some of them. Asia Animax airs Gad Guard for one thing. Animax could become Geneon's main venue for getting their anime on US television. Sure would make more sense than G4TechTV but not as much sense (mainstream wise) as CN.
