4th Gen soft reseting

ok this is a noob question so NOO laughing. (Or usage of the word noob, directed towards anyone)

HOW DO YOU SOFT RESET IN DIAMOND AND PEARL?

I mean yeah in the older games all you did was hold
select+start+A+B

BUT WHAT DO YOU DO IN DIAMOND AND PEARL?

Also once this question is answered I will have this thread deleted, to partially preserve my newcomer reputation.

Don't worry, I had no clue at first until someone mentioned it in a thread.

Start+Select+L+R.
