since im relativly ignored in the shiny pokemon topics, i need the answer to this question. can a shiny pokemon randomly be bred from two non-shinies?

shiny pokemon appears completely randomly now. they no longer relies on IV like GSC. In GSC it is true that you can do some special breeding to raise your chances, but not in RS. 2 shiny parents and 2 non-shiny parents have the equal chances to have a shiny baby. So... best of luck.

All questions that doesn't involve debates should go to simple question section... thanks in advance ^_^

Yes, yes they can. You have just as much of a chance of getting one from two non-alternate color Pok?mon as you do breeding one or two alternate color Pok?mon together, or random encounters. Sorry you were ignored in the thread, but now that it has been answered... *close*
