UserCP --> Options --> Go down to "Thread Display Options" --> Make sure all three boxes are checked under "Visible Post Elements"

Have you installed any type of ad-blocking/spyware blocking software, that can affect images sometimes.

The symptoms he's describing fit exactly with those three boxes being unchecked. I don't think that it is an external program blocking images.

You're probably right about that XD :P *feels random*
