Sonic Lost World coming to PC?

I'm actually impassive towards that, because unlike if it was for a console, I have a 3DS; but on the other hand, it's easier to play it on PC, so yeah...that's actually really good. It seems that the most money-making games are getting made for PC nowadays. But it makes me wish that SEGA would focus more on creating new Sonic games than revamping old ones.
 
I only want it because it comes with All-Stars Racing Transformed for free if you pre-order it, sure I already own the game on PS3 but I need to get it on Steam because all of my friends have the PC version. From what I've seen Lost World is decent at best.

Also I love how it lists running in 60 FPS as "new" when the Wii U version already runs in 60 FPS.
 
I already have the Wii U version (and it's 3DS counterpart) .

I'll pick it up nevertheless :) . After seeing what modders did with Sonic Generations (Unleashed Project, anybody?) , I can't wait to see what they'll do with this game.
