4th Gen Soothe Bell

    Hey guys, I've been having a lot of trouble evolving my Buneary. I just am having trouble increasing its happiness. I've fed it poffins, walked in Amith Square, gave it Lemonade, gave it Massages, and have tried leveling it up. It's happy meter just isn't going up. Always only has 1heart in the pokedex.

    I've read online that the best method is giving it the Soothe Bell and leveling up. I can't seem to find the Soothe Bell. People have said it's in the mansion, but theres only 4 rooms in the mansion and I can't find it in there. The rest of the mansion is off limits. Am I doing something wrong?
     
    One person in there gives it to you(I don't remember wich). Take the Buneary with you when you're hatching pkmn, it works very good.
