well then friends would vote who their friends voted for. But then if we made it not public that rules wouldnt be enforced.

honestly, if a person votes for someone just because they're their friend, it's not like not making the vote public is going to change anything, and whoever is going to vote for someone just because their friend did too, needs some serious help. WTH, it's like, get some individuality kids.
