sp. wall altaria?

can altaria be a sp. wall? cuz i hate blissy and i don't use legendries if yes can you gave me the ev spread move set and nature plz? thank you

and another question is does mantine work as a sp. wall? move set nature and ev spread if yes and can you tell me which is batter? cuz i am leaning to mantine

mantine makes a decent special wall but its problem is it lacks a good recovery move. if it had roost it would be pretty good.

altaria isn't a good special wall, imo. with stealth rock doing significant damage to it on switch in's, it loses its effectiveness.

use cresselia for sp.wall. she's pretty good. she's still OU but at least she's not blissey.

no i won't use cresslie i don't use legenderies so i guess i am going with mantine can you or any one tell me a good nature,ev spread and move set?
