    I have read Ausdriel´s infraction sytem.it says"if a user breaks a rule in
    a post,he/she will have a red/yellow card in it"

Lots of people say i spam.but if i did, wouldnt a card appear in my post?

Spam is the posting of advertisements, abusive, or unneeded messages. If what you post has nothing to do with the topic or doesn't help to advance a topic, it's considered as spam.

i was told in the forum they say that i spammed in.But thanks anyways. What
I wanted to point out is that Oni Raichu said the green dot question was spam.i dont think so.

It WAS spam at that point because you "Hi-jacked" a thread that had nothing to do with that question. It could've been put in it's own thread.

You "stole" the thread (as some like to say it) by putting in your own question that had nothing to go with the thread, that navigated attention away from the author of the thread.

If it had been Your thread it probably wouldn't be a big deal, however it is advisable to have only one question per thread. That way it's easier for members to know what question they are answering.

While as you would be the author of the thread, It is still a good idea to make another thread for another question. this avoids confusion and possible mistaken Spam from other members

EXACTLY, if it's a question that's easily answered, but you're still not sure, PM someone who can help you instead of making a thread that isn't needed when 45345 other people have probably answered the same question too.

If it's a simple matter then yes, that would be a suitable course of action. you would both be avoiding Spam and get the answer to your question. If it's a more complicated matter PM a Member of the staff, they'd be more than happy to help you out.
