Special ability gained by trainer

As we know , Trainers can achieve special ability though training specific Pokemon.
    For example--

---Psychic Pokemon trainer gain Psychic power

---Ghost pokemon trainer can communicate with Ghost

---Fighting Pokemon trainers are physically stronger , faster , athletic and proficient at martial art .

So , I'm here to talk about what special ability trainer can gain from training Pokemon !

Currently , I'm wondering if Multy-type trainer like Ash or Cynthia can gain special ability from training pokemon.
    There are 2 possibility---

    1) They doesn't gain any special ability since they doesn't train specific pokemon.

    2) They gain special ability of all type-Specialist by following all sort of training for all type of pokemon.

For example : if Ash still use Chuck & Brawly training method like he did in Jotho & AG then it should gave him enhance stamina , sense and strength.
Also Based to Dragon village Elder , Iris would become Dragon Master if she travel with her baby Axew Which also Mean that Ash can also gain same ability as a Dragon Master due to his experience with his Baby Noibat.
After all , there is no difference between Ash raising Noibat and Iris raising Axew!

I feel like it could be the reversed as well, thus Psychic Trainers would hone in on their abilities in order to be better trainers of Psychic types. A trainer might learn to swim to better work with Water pokemon. They wouldn't gain the ability of swimming because they have Water pokemon.

I don't think Ash would gain the 'ability' of becoming a Dragon Master just because he now has a Noibat. If that we're true, he would also have the abilities gained by Fire, Flying, Fighting, and many other specialized type trainers. Furthermore, Ash has been known to use Aura, something only seen used by those who have a Lucario/Riolu. Yet Ash has never trained one before. If anything, training a certain pokemon may teach you more, but I don't think it would grant you certain abilities.

That's the way I always saw it too. Someone who enjoys the psychic practice may be more inclined to use psychic Pokemon, and etc.

Well Ash already has "aura" abilities what was seen in the Lucario movie and the Ranger episodes featuring Riolu and Hunter J. Although we haven't seen much of this recently, which is a shame. This could have easily been brought back during the Korrina arc, which was a wasted opportunity, I think.

Both N and Anabel from Battle Frontier have some kind of communication abilities, what seem to be quite rare in humans. Simon has the same ability to some extent although seems to have lost it for some reason.

ash's aura ability's are completely untrained though and more latent then anything else, not only that but because he doesn't train his ability's he can't improve upon them & the only times they ever activated them where either near time flowers, Sir Arron's staff, Sir Arron's gloves or that riolu who had a similar aura to ash.
time flowers only need the aura as an energy source to work
Sir Arron's staff and gloves draw out and focus aura power
as for riolu, that was riolu's own natural ability drawing out ash's latent powers
look at its diamond pokedex entry

The aura that emanates from its body intensifies to alert others if it is afraid or sad.
ash's aura flows out of him in abundance and probably has had more of an effect over the course of the anime then even he realizes. ash's main ability though is the one many main anime characters seem to have.

Guys , We are talking about ''Special ability" Trainer can gain by training their Pokemon.
It has nothing to do with Ash's Dormant Aura Sense.
Cherry from EP156 said that when a Psychic pokemon & its trainer become close then they can communicate Psychically . Which proven to be true at the end of the episode.
So The question is , Can A Multi-type trainer gain special ability of all Type-specialist by training all sort of Pokemon ?
For example : If Ash catch and train a Psychic pokemon then he should be able to communicate with it Psychically when he & that pokemon become very close.
Also , If Ash train with a fighting type pokemon then he should gain great strength , stamina , durability and agility similar to a fighting type specialist.
Off course , Ash did shown "Enhance Durability" since he endured a lot of powerful attacks from Pokemon!
Not only that , Sometime he did shown Strength and agility which is beyond a 10 year boy .(Specially during DP)
Now , I'm interested to see if Ash can gain same ability as Iris by training a Baby Noibat.
Since nobody said that only people from Dragon village can get "Dragon Sense"! Plus Clair is not from Dragon village.
Off course , It would be cool if Drasana to train both Ash & Iris to be great Dragon trainer after seeing his Noibat & her Axew! Her training including "Roaring like Dragon" and some techinic similar to Hicup mother from "How to train your Dragon".
Let be honest , Hicup and his mother are better Dragon master then all Pokemon trainer.
It also be cool if Ash learn the Basic of Ninjetsu from Senpai So he can work better with Greninja.
