I thought it was good! I was originally going to see Forgetting Sarah Marshall, but the theater we wanted to see it at stop showing that. So we saw Speed Racer instead, which was visually stunning and surprisingly fit the gist of the series into a 2 hour and 15 minute movie. It's a feel good movie for the whole family, and even my date liked it, although she did not enjoy me driving like a crazy person on the way back home. My complaints are that 1) it's a little long, but it keeps you captivated, 2) the story telling is hard to follow at first, and 3) the visuals are reminiscent of the porygon episode of pokemon in that with all the bright lights flashing, you feel like you might get a seizure. Like I said, it's a feel good story for the whole family, and if you liked the series or are looking for a good movie that's not Indiana Jones/Iron Man/Harold and Kumar, see this.
