Sprite Resizers

I might need some good help from you Sprite Masters out there. I have some really wonderful Pokemon Sprites which I need for my hack. However since my hack is for Pokemon Gold, all the sprites have to be 56x56. Most of the Pokemon I have are 64x64 or even bigger which I cannot insert in the game.

So I need some of you to help me out by making my sprites smaller around 56x56 size without making it lose any of it's properties or clearness. I know it is a tough job but I also do know that there are some great pros out there who can do this. Please don't post here and tell me just resize it using Paint or PSP bu clicking the resize option. I do know of this but If I do this, the image becomes really bad. So Please help and I will make the person who helps me out an Elite Four in my game and he may also expect some other rewards(like free hosting space.)

You gotto edit the Dinofurl - Dinosaur Pokemon to 56x56.

Do they need to be exactly 56x56? Can they be smaller?

EDIT: Okay, I did it, but since the hack is for Gold, do the sprites need to be in Gold coloring and format? I wasn't sure, I made it smaller, but made two versions, one in Gold style and one in R/S style. https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/ChibiPika/Dinofurl.png
