Standard Playing Deck??

Hi,
I dug these out of an old box of "junk" in a clear plastic card size case. They seem to be a standard deck of cards. The deck is complete and I think I was the first person to take them out.The front is foil (very cool looking) I uploaded pictures of the front and the back of the cards. Can anyone help me figure out where they came from?

Hmm, I'm not really an expert on this side of the TCG but have you checked to make sure they are not fake?

No - how can I tell if they are fake? I would really appreciate the help?

Those look like playing cards from the type of deck you would play poker with, not the Pokemon TCG. Your back picture is actually the front of the card. No idea where they cane from, though.

Researching further, no idea on the source, but there seem to be quite a few varieties of playing card decks with Pokemon art on them abound.
