I'd say a nice Chat applet like you have listed on the bottom is worth devolping into a sub category on your list. With:

User made rooms [limit]
Custom User icon next to name [32x32?]
"Hours in Chat" tracker [Just for fun]

Otherwise, here's my suggestions for the forum:

Like in myBB/IPB/etc, let admins be able to add links for forums
Cash system [Those are fun =3]
Arcade
Portal [I dunno...those are always cool x3]

The forum is intergrated with my CMS so a portal will not be needed. Cash system and acrade might be an optional download if I do them. Thanks.

Ok.

Arcades are really fun if you actually put games in them. If you don't plan to have a large selection in it, I'd skip it.

Have your Avater be in your CPanel [Just think that'd look cool >>;]

Mmm... Gary, are we going to write the chat applet ourselves or integrate an open source one? BTW, I've just written my gallery script for my RXN gallery, so if you want to check out the code on that we can rewrite it a bit and work it into the gallery thing.
