    Primape shouldn't have Overheat - its Special Attack is horrible
     
    i didnt think so but someone told me it could work. i thought EQ would be better cuz i have a weakness to electivire but they said itd be wasteful.
     
    Not really, since it won't even 2ko Skarmory. Don't forget about the 2-stage special drop, not to mention a crappy stat in the first place..
     
    ya i had the same feelings as penguinpal but i figured id go with it and see how it works.
     
    You'll do more damage to skarm with cross-chop xD
     
    then do u think this would be good.. cross chop EQ u-turn and stone edge

    what would be a good replacement for overheat?

    The format is horrible, I can't read it, and I won't bother. Also, type oves and important stuff in Caps please. Just not all Caps.. Edit: Levels are irrelevent.
     
    EQ is a waste on primeape...the rest of its moves cover about everything EQ does. But if you want to...
     
    ya the only thing id think about adding EQ for is electivire.

    and i alreay gave it that 6 exptra sp attack so i might as well not waste it lol.

    You shouldn't start training until AFTER you've finalized your team ya know. Just use aerial ace. Primeape shouldn't be taking on Vire anyways.
     
    Primeape and Electivire have equal base speed (95) so it would be a flip of the coin assuming equal Speed.

    EV: 252 Spd/ 40 Sp Atk/ 216 Atk
    -U Turn
    -Close Combat
    -Overheat
    -Earthquake/Stone Edge

    It's basically your first set bit with a bit of a different EV spread, along with Life Orb which will make it more of a useful sweeper. Earthquake will be a great counter against Infernape and Electrive. While Stone Edge will counter Garyadros and Salamence. So you have to decide there.

    Did I do that? If so, sorry...I guess I was unaware...sorry.

    Anyways, I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but levels and stats are irrelevant...
