Hey, I'm a huge fan of Pokémon, ever since I was 7 years old or so. And I decided to join this awesome community to discuss and chat about Pokemon and any other Social Lives. (:

Ive decided to make a theme for you guys but I'm not sure how to. I know perfect GFX with photoshop, but is there any requirements to making a theme for you guys?

Well, Hmm.. How can I make this more clear..

Okay,
1- I know how to make Banners
2- I know how to get Icons or make them
3- I want to make a theme
4- I dont know If I need knowledge in CSS or HTML or do I just give out the Banner and icons?
