3rd Gen Surfing Pikachu

I'm sorry if there is already a topic about this but I was wondering....

I keep hearing that there is a way to get a Pikachu to surf. I don't know anything about it, and I know that surfing Pikachu is in Yellow, but is it also in R/S/E too?

If someone knows how to get it, then that would really be great. If there isn't a way or if there is another thread, then would someone point me in the right direction.

You can get a Surfing Pikachu from Pokemon Box. You need to store 1499 Pokemon in the game, however. I'm slowly working my way to that, I'm nearly close to 500 so I can get a Skitty with Pay Day.

So uh...how do you get the sutfing pikachu in Yellow? What's this downloadable thing about?

To get it the advance generation, you have two options

1. Pokemon Box
2. Cheating devices

To get it in Yellow again you have two options

1. Pokemon Stadium
2. Cheating devices

I had a surfing pickachu and the minigame in my yellow game... that was kind fun... I think it played like Excitebike.
