I suck at genres when it comes to Japanese music, mostly cause I listen to anime music and also I'm not too familiar with the artists yet. XD
Not sure if you would call it techno, but Munehiro's LUV BOX is a really great one. I thought Munehiro's voice matches the pace and beat of the song very well and the music itself is just awesome. :3

These styles aren't really ones I follow, but have you tried out DAISHI DANCE or Nobuchika Eri? They are pretty good. D.D. also does a lot of remixes of other artists.

I also like Perfume, which a trio of girls who do techno. I especially like Chocolate Disco and Plastic Smile from them. : )
