Hi there.
I've just started work on my hack, and the first thing I changed was Eevee's evolutions. So... I used a tool ( :3c ) to change them. I'd like to start with the real stuff (kinda) now, by making a temporary script to a character as close to the game's beginning as possible—two changes, actually—and ones that will a) give an Eevee every time it is used (the script, i.e. the person is spoken to,) and b) give two of each for these items:
0x08 (moon stone, right?)
0x16 (fire stone, no?)
0x17 (thunder stone, correct?)
0x18 (water stone, right?)
0x22 (leaf stone, no?)
0xA9 (sun stone, correct?)
My changes, for your information, just make it so that any Pokémon that Eevee evolves into requires no method that is not a 'use item' method, as well as make it so that the good ol' Eeveelutions can evolve back to their Eevee form by using another of the stones that got them there.
